This is like a nightmare. From the Feminist, Socialist, Nanny State Traitor that brought you British Government Works To Disenfranchise White Males, believing that white males should be targeted for discrimination and Why does Harriet Harman hate marriage following her feminist teachings that the nuclear family is evil comes this latest scheme.

Source: Daily Mail

Harriet Harman is campaigning to promote herself as a stand-in Prime Minister should Mr Brown be forced out.

It emerged last night that Labour MPs have been sounded out about her suitability if the PM leaves No10 by the end of the year.

With the Prime Minister's position looking precarious, manoeuvring to replace him is well under way.

The revelation that his own deputy fancies her chances will annoy Mr Brown, who is desperate to dampen speculation about his future.

The Daily Mail understands that MPs acting on Miss Harman's behalf have approached backbenchers in recent weeks to test her popularity as a possible leader.

The People of this Nation do not find Harriet Harman popular. Shouldn't that be what is important?

The public school-educated feminist has been quietly trading on her victory in last year's contest for the deputy leadership.

A fortnight ago she caused an uproar by championing a Communist Equality Bill that will allow discrimination in favour of women and minority employees and require companies to publish details of the salary gap between male and female workers.

To conveniently disenfranchise the strongest indiginious demographic via outright sexual and racial discrimination. These socialists are so confident in their power that they no longer try to cover up their anti-Britain acts.

Some supporters of the Prime Minister say she could emerge as a choice for what is being described as the 'anybody but David Miliband camp'.

The Foreign Secretary is favoured by some as the obvious alternative to Mr Brown, and many are urging him to show his hand.

He is just another Marxist. He signed the Lisbon Treaty. He is a Traitor to the Crown and to the British People. He is a fan of European Union democracy. That is, do what you are told and do not ask questions.

Our Government is completely infested with Socialists/ Communists and self serving civil servants. All with their noses in public funds, busy trying to dismantle our Nation in the name of a Socialist Supranational Government Order. The Conservatives are the same. They just wear a different colour tie.

If you were to steal something, would you:

          (a) Hide the evidence and keep it a secret, or

          (b) Post a video of yourself using the stolen item on YouTube?

A man from Wisconsin reportedly stole a stun gun and then posted a video on YouTube of himself and his father using it on each other. He must really have been shocked when the police arrested him.

If you had a stolen cell phone in your possession, would you:

          (a) Get rid of it, so that you wouldn't be tracked, or

          (b) Call the police using it?

A man in Minnesota allegedly called the police using a cell phone that they say he found in a purse that he had snatched. I wonder how he used the one call that they allowed him when he got to the police station.

My advice to all future law breakers is this: try not to get caught. Unless you feel guilty and want to turn yourself in, that is. In that case, just go to the police station and tell them what you did.

I’m not going to get involved with the current fray, where the religious zealots, represented

I'm not going to get involved with the current fray, where the religious zealots, represented by the white supremacist Christian extremists, who are desperate to destroy every single religion in the United States, and the world, so that they can in fact be supreme. Such behavior is nothing more than what the Nazis did during World War II. If the current administration under Bush, and the Republican Party, wish to be known, throughout history, as personalities who resembled Adolf Hitler, and his Gestapo, that Mr. Bush and the Republican Party are doing a very good job. If the white fundamentalist Christians who are now resembling nothing more than hysterical white supremacist zealots, who are bent on committing mass murder of Jews and Muslims, and gays, and Native Americans, and anyone else they don't like, wish to also been known for members of a new kind of Gestapo, they're doing a very good job.

The fact still remains, whether we like it or not, tremendous social, ecological, financial, and cultural issues are facing the world is time. Either humanity will learn how to get it right, or humanity will have more trouble, other than what they have already had. It is not for me to be the voice of reason for all humanity. I'm old, my body is tired, and most people, almost all of my life, I found it much easier to laugh at me, and call me stupid and a fool, than they have been able to accept that I very well may be extremely intelligent, and have a great deal to offer a human condition. For that reason, I am going ahead and pretty much said what I wanted to say, in my economic Journal, and my global warming Journal. It will now be up to the holier than thou people, who live by this mentality, of, I'm better than you, and as a result will have huge egos that will cause them to believe that they are better than everyone in the world. I will leave it up to these know it alls, for them to finally come to terms with their own stupidity and realize that what is happening here in the world is pretty much as a result of their own greed, stupidity, and religious, and/or political hysteria.

Having lived with death most of my life, I've been quite used to the fact that, on any given day, that they very well could be my last. I've had no choice other than to have to live this way. With the various physical and psychological conditions I have been dealing with for over 40 years, I've had absolutely no choice other than to be ready, on any given day, to live this way. Furthermore, what I have said in both my economic, and global warming journals, speak directly to the succinct problems, that the world is having at this time. It doesn't matter to me now, that most of the world will have no understanding, of what I've written in my global warming Journal. I am fully aware, that in my global warming Journal, there are probably not more than between 100 and 200 people, in the entire world, who will have any understanding, regarding what I have written in my global warming Journal. That's not my fault. The fact of the matter is, I know this stuff. I have been studying this material, pursuant to electromagnetic field representation, and multidimensional electromagnetic field, and particle, interaction, pursuant to the neutrino, for over 35 years. And what I have said about my knowledge of Newtonian metaphysics, is completely true. I've studied Newtonian metaphysics for over 12 years. At this juncture, of course, I have studied it for a lot longer, because even though I'm getting older, I continue to study now.

There can be no further benefit, for me to speak out any further, regarding global warming, or the collapsing market structure of the United States, as it relates to the world markets, at this time. I've already given the world pretty much what they need to know in order for them to make better decisions, regarding both of these aspects of the human condition, that are in fact in a very perilous state at this time. So there's nothing more I really need to say along those lines because saying that is only going to put me into the fray whereby I will be yet another voice sounding out, such that the voice that I might have will in fact appear to be as shrill, as the other voices which are now quite hysterical. There is no way that anyone can look at the white fundamentalist Christians, at this point in time, and not see them as being so hysterical, that they literally are resembling the Nazi movement of Germany in World War II.

Regardless of any of the posturing that these Christians want to do about how they are truly people of God, they do not resemble God when they are preaching such hatred for so many different groups, and/or causes, and/or organizations, and/or aspects of the human condition. One does not appear to be cool and collected thinker, when one is in fact constantly coming out with hatred of so many different groups, and/or aspects of the human condition. The Christians cannot have it both ways. They cannot be claiming that they are loving, while at the same time, coming out and demonstrating nothing but hatred, and contempt, for so many aspects of the human condition. Such behavior is not loving, nor is a compassionate, nor is it enlightened.

And so, for that reason, I shall be focusing more on this Journal, Flight of Man, where I will talk about the serious aspects of my life and the other conditions that are feeding my life at this time.

I just read this morning, in a paper in California, from some gentleman who claims to be a business whiz, that Windows Vista is really a good operating system. This is nothing more than a whitewash effort, on the part of Microsoft Corp., to attempt to spread propaganda. This is pretty much what is happened with information over the last 25 years. Companies rather than come clean and become honest representatives of their products, and/or services, in the marketplace, will in fact do whatever they possibly can, to convince people that their good companies, and that their products are good products, and/or services, when in fact they are not. This is the typical behavior of business groups, and political groups, and religious groups throughout the United States at this time. In other words, if you don't believe me I'll go ahead and hit you with so much information that you'll be so confused and dazed you just give up and believe whatever I say. And that speaks volumes about how dishonest, and absolutely reprehensible, almost all of these different groups, and/or businesses, have become as of late.

There is no way, under any circumstances, that I will ever say Windows Vista is a good operating, at least in its current state. Furthermore, I will never say that people in the business world, or average consumers, and/or users, must be stupid enough to take a program that is so huge, that they must go out and buy a computer, most of which don't ever use, simply to run an operating system that is so large, that again, they won't use even most of the operating system itself. Not only is that stupid business on the part of the businesses, it is stupid business on the part of the consumer to enter into a business agreement, pursuant to those type of conditions.

So I will not accept that that is a good way to go. I won't accept that that is good business. All that is happening as a result of this collective hysteria, that is taking place, theologically, philosophically, politically, sociologically, and psychologically, is that humanity, or the human condition, is suffering tremendously, psychologically, culturally, and sociologically. And these factors indicate, very strongly, how tremendously, the human condition is suffering anthropologically as well. As I've said in both of my journals, the economic, and the global warming Journal, I have no motivations, pursuant to the presentation of the information that I giving forth at this time. I don't have any motivations.

There are only two reasons why I keep these journals at this time. Neither of these two reasons is more important than the other. They are both hand-in-hand, regarding their importance to me, and do everything I have been in my life. On the one hand, I do not want to become old and suffer my death without having tried, to my very best ability, to reach for my own highest good, and thereby also to have helped humanity to reach for their own highest good as well. Additionally, as I've said before, doing crossword puzzles and playing video games will only lend a certain degree of intelligence, and/or mental acuity, to someone's thinking process, as they get older and their brain begins to slow down. As a result, things such as Alzheimer's disease, and senility, have become rather commonplace in people of my age, mostly in part due to how lazy, psychologically, and intellectually, people have become. Because I do understand these processes, I have decided that I am not going to go down that road. And so as a result, these journals in addition to being about my trying to reach for my own highest good, and to assist humanity in achieving their own highest good, are also about my using these journals as a way of causing my brain to interact with some of the most intellectual aspects of the thought process of life, pursuant to the different facets of the human condition, as I possibly can. And as a result, I thereby than achieve more mental acuity, pursuant to my own brain processes, such that I have a better chance of fighting Alzheimer's disease, and senility.

None of these things are very easy to achieve. To achieve helping humanity to reach for their own highest good, one must literally stand out in front of humanity, just like Joan of arc, or Camus, or Ibsen, or Cervantes. These are only four of the major figures over the last several hundred years, who actually stood in front of humanity and to direct hits, socially, and culturally, in order to be able to help humanity to have a better chance of survival. I understand that as a result of the choices I am making, and the information I'm presenting, that this places me directly in line with some of these other personalities, who have in fact stood in front of humanity attempting to lead humanity to their own highest good.

And thus I also understand, that the hysterical factions of the Christian religion, will never allow me to have a real serious voice in this culture. Because if I do have a serious voice them they have no power. And they will never let that happen. Joan of arc tried to decentralize power of the Christian faith when she came forward in France. And as a result the Christian faith took a position of not wanting to give up that power and so to Joan of arc being a heroic figure at her time in history, the Christian answer was to burn her alive.

And as a result, I am acutely aware that, for the most part, the very much hysterical Christian faith, along with the politically very hysterical Republicans, will do exactly what they have done all through history. They will demand that anyone who opposes their hysteria, whether open white supremacy, whether open religious oppression, be killed. This is exactly the attitude that the Republicans and the Christians who are both acting out extremely hysterically, are now taking.

In Cleveland, Ohio it's extremely evident. As I've said before, Cleveland has become an extreme embarrassment. The average value of homes in Cleveland has fallen from $65,000, one year ago, to an average value of only $15,000 today. That speaks volumes about the mismanagement of Mayor Jackson's regime, and/or administration. So, while Mayor Jackson wants to consider himself a good politician, these facts that are coming out about how terrible Cleveland is doing, speak volumes about how horrible Mayor Jackson is as a Mayor, and how disgusting his administration is at running the city of Cleveland.

While the Christians love to say that they're good at everything, the fact of the matter is, with the Christians owning 73% of this country, and running this country, to the tune of 73%; that means that the Christians are in control of 73% of everything that happens in this country unilaterally. And that pretty much says that anything that goes wrong in the United States, is going wrong as a result of some form of Christian control, since Christians own almost everything in the country, and control almost everything in the country. The same is true here in Cleveland. With the black population now being so much of the majority in Cleveland, when things go wrong in Cleveland is not the white peoples fault in this much is the black people's fault since the black people own almost everything, in the city, and run almost every aspect of the city.

That being said, there is racism on both sides here in Cleveland tremendously. And it is quite hysterical. You have white hating blacks, and you have blacks and whites. You have blacks hating blacks as well, due to the black on black prejudice that exists between the suburban blacks, and the inner-city blacks in Cleveland. So Cleveland becomes almost a microcosm of the national hysteria that is now the national trend in the form of behavior that the United States is taking pride in. And this microcosm of hysteria demonstrates quite clearly the lack of true intellectual creativity that United States is producing anymore. The United States is in producing hardly anything anymore. Televisions are no longer made in the United States. Most of the products that United States uses, anymore, most of them are not even made in the United States anymore. And so as a result United States is turned into more of a consumer nation that of producing nation.

Ally of this goes along the lines to pointing out once again the religious hysteria that is taking over this country due to how homophobic, and hateful, the white supremacist Christian movement has turned into becoming over the past two decades. And when any movement takes on that type of behavior, the end result is nothing different truly, and what happened during World War II to the Jewish population. And that's simply, is mass murder. And we know that this is happening, because when we look at President Bush, we see that he is willing to spend $162 billion, not to help the people of this country, many of whom are starving and who are in desperate need of medical care; but he is using that money to do whatever he can to continue his mass murder campaign of Jews and Muslims in the Middle East. And most of the Christians, who are extremely hysterical and stupid, in Cleveland, along with the hysterical and stupid Christians throughout the entire country, are solidly behind Mr. Bush and demanding that he continue his mass murder of Jews, Muslims, Native Americans, gay people, and anyone else that Mr. Bush and the hysterical Christians happen to hate at that particular moment.

And of course subsequently what is going to happen, is that this hatred, and this hysterical frenzy, will fold back into the Christian movement and those who are promoting this hysteria. Where they may be feeling like they're extremely popular at this point and well endowed and well embraced; it will be but a short period of time before they realize they are not liked very well at all and they will have virtually no support. There are many times in history that we can cite to articulate this particular point of view. And many of these times in history the frenzy, has become so hysterical, religiously, and/or politically, such that the byproduct was in fact mass murder of one type or another. And as these events unfolded, those promoting the hysterical frenzy, religiously, and/or politically, ended up becoming their own victims of their own frenzy because the population finally turned around and decided they no longer wanted to buy into this hysteria that these masters of propaganda were in fact promoting.

And so, as a result of my understanding of this entire situation, once again I am put in the location, culturally, whereby I impressed to either take part in this hysteria, or to attempt to rise above this hysteria. In the past few weeks, especially pursuant to transferring my journals from blogger.com to WordPress.com, I have attempted to do just this. I've been trying, to locate that kind of environment, whereby I would be able to generate the information I would need to, pursuant to the human condition, and my contemporaries, such that by presenting this information I would not only be assisting my mind and its mental acuity; but I would also be helping, in whatever way I could, for humanity to reach more of their own highest good.

There is no real point anymore, for me talking about the difficulties pursuant to my own life, regarding my mental illness, or the other physical conditions under which I am surviving. What I presented so far has been quite beneficial, to the human condition. And it has been so, as a result of other people reading some of these things and knowing that they now have more courage inside of themselves and they may have thought before. Consequently as a result of that, these people are now talking about more of their own lives, which is in turn having a positive effect upon all of the information, pursuant to mental illness, and the hospital system throughout the United States, and around the world. Doctors are beginning to get the message that either they must stand by the Hippocratic oath, or be known for liars, and basically moneygrubbing killers, that many of them are in fact behaving as.

Furthermore, Microsoft is beginning to realize just how badly they are hated in the world. And I would hazard to say, that within the matter of a few months, pursuant to the journal entries I put up politically, regarding global warming and the economic conditions of this country and the world, that Microsoft will in fact he pressed into a situation where they will have to either admit that they are extremely arrogant and pushy, regarding their business policies, and their business methods, on the consumer. Or they will in fact, be seen, by the general market, as more unsavory than they already are. It doesn't matter to me that some people are saying that Windows Vista is a good operating system. Because I know from having spent 40 years installing computers and being a financial, informational, and communications analyst, that Windows Vista is not a good operating system. It never was a good operating system some of the elements of Windows Vista are good. But that does not make the operating system, as a whole a good system. In order for the system to be a good system, on the whole, it would mean that Windows Vista would have to be more consistent, regarding how it in fact related to itself internally, than it otherwise is able to do. And at no time has Windows Vista been able to demonstrate, I did to the political community, or the business community, or to the regular user, a level of consistency, pursuant to expediency and efficiency, such that the program can be looked upon as something that isn't good enough for people to use on a consistent basis.

There can be no reason for anyone to pay attention to a program that takes almost 30 minutes to close down when it is restarting the computer. There is no reason for anyone to accept an operating system that can take almost 30 minutes to start up when you start your computer. That's not a good operating system regardless of any of the filthy lies Microsoft wants to tell you. Good operating systems don't take 30 minutes before you can move your mouse on the screen. Just like the computer industry lied to everyone in the 1960s saying that the advent of the personal computer would eliminate paper; when in fact the absolute opposite is what happened. Computers did not eliminate paper, computers actually gave birth to so many tons of paper, that most companies are drowning in a sea paper. Over the last 40 years, as business analyst, I have seen more than my share of companies who are not only drowning in a sea of paper, but they are drowning in a sea of information that they have virtually have no way of controlling, understanding how to prioritize, let alone being able to file it and use it efficiently.

So once again, this is yet another aspect of the hysteria that is taking over the business world, and the human condition. There is no excuse for businesses to be so stupid as to allow computer companies, or software companies, to put them into such an untenable position, regarding their own products, and/or services. There's no reason for that. However, that's exactly what companies are allowing themselves to be subjected to. Furthermore, that is what the general populations of so many countries are allowing themselves to be subjected to as well. And that's just not right. The people of this planet deserve better. All of you deserve better. My life is coming to a close. It's only a matter of time before the physical conditions that I face on a daily basis become so strenuous but I finally lie down for the last time. I know this. I have been preparing for my entire life since 1968 when I was operated on, on the third floor of Hana Pavilion, at University hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, at 7:00 a.m., on September 1, by Dr. Charles H. Herndon. For all these years, I knew this particular time in my life is coming where I would be literally fighting every single day, to continue going. So this is not something, that I am unprepared for.

But that being said, I still want, to try to do the best I possibly can not only for myself, but from my fellow humans here on Earth as well. There is no way in the world, and I'm going to face my own death, without having tried, to the best of my ability, to give back, with all the energy I have inside of me, to my fellow humans and to humanity as well. There is no way that I will do that. I will do whatever I possibly can to give humanity the benefit of all the years of my knowledge, and all the years of my expertise in the various aspects of educational information and knowledge that I have amassed over the years. Whether humanity is smart enough to read what I'm talking about a tape up any of the information I'm presenting, that is a choice humanity must make on its own. I cannot make that choice for them.

So, as I said, I have a choice at this juncture, to either fall into the same level of dark hysteria, but is overtaking the political, and theological environments, at this time, or I can rise above it. And that is what I'm choosing to do, the latter. I am not going to reduce myself and fall into the fray of open hysteria that is overtaking the religious and political movements throughout the planet at this time. What I will do is to use this Journal, and my medical Journal, to push forward, in various presentations, such that these presentations will then be able to be of benefit, hopefully, to readers who, in fact take part in reading my journals.

If no one reads the journals and no one will take part in any of the information I'm presenting. But I know that's not true. I know that a lot of people are reading my journals all over the world. And I know that a lot of people are taking a great deal of pleasure from what I write. To say that I am honored, and/or gratified, regarding this type of attention is truly an understatement. I've never felt that I was worthy of such attention. Mostly what I saw in my life is to be good enough for others, which I have always felt I never was. However, in any event, that is the direction I'm planning on taking.

In conclusion, the speech program I'm using, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, is working a great deal better using the dictation box, in conjunction with the extra training I have done. Plus, during my personal posting, right on the WordPress website, is working quite well because, the WordPress text editor, seems to work very with the dictation box. This is a little bit different, then the blogger.com editor, which does not seem to work very well with the dictation box. When I try the dictation box of blogger.com, the system is always gone into a hang. And so I've been somewhat at odds as to how to transfer my text to the text entry screen for my post, when the editor in the logging service, was not very receptive to the dictation box, that I use in order to maintain as much accuracy or my dictations as possible. And this again, is where WordPress is a better service, for me, because using my dictation box with WordPress.com, does allow me to transfer the text more easily than on other services.

Additionally, I have made a total and complete migration to Firefox, and Thunderbird, so that I'm no longer using IE 7, or Outlook express. This is a good thing, from my point of view, for while I am very used to using Outlook express is an e-mail program, I am finding, that using Thunderbird, and Firefox, is really much better for me, since it has more functionality, in addition to the fact that it is getting me away from Microsoft Corp.. And this is something that I definitely want to do. I do not want to use hardly anymore Microsoft programming. I'm pretty much tired of their programming. And when they try to force Windows 7 on me I will simply rid of my Microsoft programming altogether and then go to your Linux, or Apple. There is no way I'm going to give Microsoft anymore attention, or cretins, under any circumstances.

And for those who might be interested in alternative programming, pursuant to Microsoft products, I have a host of probably 500 listings, whereby I can direct people to any one of a number of programs that are alternatives to Microsoft products. Instead of using MS office, I use StarOffice, as one example. Additionally, instead of using Outlook express, I use Thunderbird. I also use a very small program from Russia, called, Vomail. VoMail is a recording program, the records anything you say as a wave file, and then compresses it so that it can be transmitted e-mail quite easily. It has no limit on how long the recording can be. I've recorded things up to several hours, pursuant to various dictations that I have on my computer, and VoMail handles it quite easily. And it is also a free program. Additionally, I use an FTP program that comes with Firefox, and works very well as an alternative to most of the FTP programs out there that are Microsoft supported, that cost a good bit of money.

I also saw in the news this morning, but NBC is purchasing the weather Channel. And basically what that means financially, is that free whether it will probably be going away, because NBC does not believe in giving anything away for free. NBC has never believed in giving anything away for free. Not to mention the fact that NBC is pretty much a very arrogant news service. We know this, because when Barbara Walters came out and pretty much destroyed Rosie O'Donnell and the other people she wrote her book about, NBC applauded Barbara Walters as if she was some hero, when in fact Barbara Walters basically acted, journalistically, as a terrorist. So when a news media celebrates someone who acted so coldly, and so terribly, this says to me, that the new service basically can't be trusted.

Our Walters has never impressed me as anyone with any kind of compassion, under any circumstances, unless she was going to get a lot of money for what she was demonstrating, or that she was going to generate a lot of ratings for herself as a result. And that's not someone with compassion. That's someone who is pretty much a vulture in the journalistic world.

So as I said there's a lot of hysteria going on in the marketplace, not only environmentally, but religiously, and politically, and as well of his journalistically too. And as I said before, my choice is whether or not I'm going to fall into this fray of mass hysteria. And I'm not going to. I can't. With what I face every single day, not only on the account of my own mental illness, but on account of the physical limitations, and/or physical conditions, that my body is facing everyday; I don't really have the luxury of being like chicken Little, rushing around in total hysteria castigating everything inside and not really producing anything positive. And so these journals will in fact attempt to be more of a positive pay it forward, kind of endeavor for me. As I said, the only agenda I have, in this Journal and the journals I shall keep from now on, are going to be for me to try to reach my own highest good, while helping humanity to reach their highest good as well.

That being said, under no circumstances and lie going to turn away from the feminine gender that I am embracing at this time. Never has my feminine gender ever been as a result of any determination, on my part, to insult, and/or negatively impact, any woman, or the female gender in any way, shape, or form. Some might say that my feminine gender or trail, is my way of celebrating the female gender, and the females of the earth. While part of that may be true, the actuality is, as I've said before, but my feminine gender, is merely a way of attempting to put something comfortable around me, psychologically, and physically, when in my life every single second, I am an extreme pain. And the pain I suffer from is not only mental, but physical as well. So the feminine gender that I pretrade, and/or take on in my life, is really a way of not revealing any of this pain or reducing any of this pain at all. It is really simply nothing more, then putting something comfortable into my life, both mentally, psychologically, and physically, in such a way, so that the degree of comfort I am realizing, gives me something that is a police comfortable, while at the same time I am being presented with 20 and 30 pains every single second.

So basically living as a female is very enjoyable form a psychologically, spiritually, mentally, and physiologically as well. However sexually, pursuant to my biology, I'm quite happy and satisfied with my male sexuality. I've never wanted to change my male sexuality. I have simply never enjoyed, under any circumstances, the male gender, as a portrayal of my personality, in this culture. And I realize that by taking this particular stand, that I have set myself up as basically a very large target of hatred by a number of groups throughout my entire life and throughout the world. And where in my professional career, when I was younger, I was more concerned with this; that concern is nowhere near as pronounced as it used to be. In other words I really don't care anymore what people think about me. For one I hardly ever go out at all. This is into part, to the fact I can hardly walk. But it's also due the fact that, psychologically, and/or mentally, I suffer from agoraphobia. And as a result of suffering from agoraphobia, this means that I am rather tentative, and or apprehensive, about being around other people. This does not mean I'm terrified of other people. It simply means, that based on the number of mental things that are going on with me as a result my mental illness, the limitations upon me, as a result of that mental illness or these mental illnesses, have placed into such a position, whereby, my expression as a human being, publicly, around other people, is far more tentative, than it otherwise might be.

That being said, I have no problem, under any circumstances, with my feminine gender or trail in my life. When I'm out in public I've never embarrassed because of my femininity, inasmuch as I am embarrassed as a result of my disabilities. I've never been one who enjoys having anyone take notice of any of the disabilities that I have had to deal with in my life. And so it is my disabilities that oftentimes make me more apprehensive around other people, instead of my gender portrayal..

And so, as a result of this, I do not believe that my gender portrayal will go away, or diminished, in any way, shape, or form. However due to the level of hatred there is for transgendered people, in the city of Cleveland, and especially the hatred that Cleveland has for me, as a result of my coming from such a famous family, who was pretty much responsible, for building most of the city prior to the 1960s; I do not have a lot of safety in entering out into the public as a result of the level of hatred there is for me.

That being said, I probably will move to a different location in the country so that I do not have to be subjected to the level of castigation, and/or hatred, that the city of Cleveland finds all to easy to deliver to me as a result of their own homophobia and disgusting hatred.

If this Journal takes a direction whereby people show any degree of interest in various aspects of my life, and any form of a dialogue can in fact be substantiated, I very well may share more of my personal life and I have before. But until such time as that happens I don't really see the need for presenting very much of my personal life, when most of the people in this society, not to mention around the world, would simply rather read me like a comic book or make fun of me, than they would rather to pay me any serious attention at all.

That being said, I think I've pretty much explained how things are going in my life at this time. And so as a result of that, I think what I'll do is watch the morning news, and get ready for a rather warm day here in Cleveland. It's supposed to be 80° today. And for the next period of almost 10 days, the temperatures will be covering in the high 80s to love the 90s. Of course,, when we get into the middle of July, and then late July and August. For that is that time, historically, when Cleveland, or the North Coast is even likes to call itself, begins to fall into a pattern of what is known as, the drought. It's when it doesn't rain much year and farmers a little nervous because they don't have much rain for their crops and it doesn't really pick up as far as rainfall until mid-September. So it's just basically more of a warm time here in Cleveland. But the lake, Lake Erie, being so close to Cleveland, Ohio in Cleveland being right on the lake, this water, does provide a certain degree of climate activity, pursuant to meteorological events, whereby Cleveland doesn't have as quite as much of a dryness about it, as many other locations in the country.

And so, we will talk again...

End of line...

Including Manic Monday and ReadWritePoem.
Have you had a go yet?

Welcome to my Monday Magazine post.
I actually agree with a senior police officer, who has said that Brit gang culture and violence cannot be solved by policing alone. This is so true, and I think an answer can be found by looking at the 18th century crimewave that so damaged Britain.

   The times were quite specific.

It occurred at a time when religion was in decline and capitalism was first becoming the central ethic of society. In other words, social movements were very similar to today. So if the cause is similar, could the solution be found here, too?
The crimewave ended following a three-pronged attack – targeted zero-tolerance policing, mass re-moralising from outside government (Methodism, etc), and a total transformation of society through new institutions and ideas.
Of course, the last two would have to be very different to those in the 18th century, but it gives a clue how fundamental the problem is, and where answers could lie. I suggest they lie in a resurgence of ideas on community, and a move away from globalization.

An interesting question has been posed to me.

I get into quite a few deep debates on my Sunday and Tuesday essay posts, mainly because I tend to take a ‘middle ground’ stance on most things.
Does this make me a good moderator, or do I simply like a good argument? Well, there must be a certain amount of Ego in any writer, but my main concern tends to be this: I think any extreme stance is always counter-productive.
Which leads to another problem. You could say I’m fanatical about this middle ground, which makes me extreme, too. Which is, of course, a contradiction. And I think this explains me perfectly.
All of life leads to contradiction in the end. So best, I think, to cancel out these contradictions as much as we can. And the best way to do this is to take a more moderate stance. So yes, I may well like a good argument, but only in terms of my ideas. In all other things, I prefer a quiet life.
Tomorrow's essay looks to what, exactly, the 'individual' is. Next Magazine post, Wednesday.

TO THE LIGHT

The light I crave, I need it so,
within it, we can really glow,
The light is what we all desire,
from ignorance, fear, we can retire;
To find the light is to make your mark,
to begin, enshroud yourself in dark,
concentrate on nothing at all,
'til alien thoughts seem to install;
Now you're approaching a different place,
interwoven in ethereal lace,
connections come from you, to where?
realities, truths, end of despair;
You are now the Starchild, the ultimate glowing,
light is complete, you have total knowing,
but grasp it, you will simply not do,
its a truth only glimpsed,
too magnificent,
for me or you

I hated him. I can tell you that without any doubt whatsoever. I hated him, and I hated those stripes that allowed him to do it.
‘Come on, move it!!’ he’d scream as we were pushed beyond the pain barrier. ‘Get off the grass!!’ he’d shout as he ran up to us, fuming – and then 50 press-ups. Come on, man, we’d only walked on the grass!
Then there’d be ‘left, left, left’ for hour upon monotonous hour. And then the taunting in the dormitory. ‘You ain’t got no mother. Not now. You ain’t human. You’re a machine. MY machine.’
Maybe that was it. Strip down the character and build something new – as if he was Dr Frankenstein or something. Or maybe Dracula, sucking all life from us before returning to his coffin.
I hated him. Oh, yes, I hated him. I responded to his commands – any commands – like an automaton, but – damn him.
Of course, I was young – didn’t understand. But I learnt on the day I grew up, in the mountains.
‘DOWN!!!’
How do I explain it? In my mind’s eye, I saw it all. I stared at the bullet as it whizzed towards me. At one point, I even thought it had my name on it – and I remember thinking, no. And as it approached, the sound of it, lancing through the air, as if a Banshee warning of impending doom. And as it was about to smack my flesh, the movement of my head, and the feeling of heat as it whizzed past, harmlessly.
I was Superman that day, dodging bullets. Yet, in reality, I just dived for cover – instinctively – as trained.
Well, I’ve got the stripes now. And I’m gonna make real sure the grunts hate me. ‘Cos they’re gonna live!!!!

Rights group Amnesty International called on Indonesia not to execute the killer who murdered 42 women in "black magic" rituals in 1998. The man, Ahmad Suraji, confessed to strangling most of the women and drinking their saliva to improve his magical powers after they came to him for help.Indonesia executed two Nigerian nationals for drug trafficking. The execution in Indonesia are by firing squad, usually carried out at night in isolated and undisclosed locations. The prisoner is notified of his execution date at least 72 hours beforehand.

Amnesty said it recognised the need to address serious crime, but was "convinced that the death penalty does not provide a solution."

According to Antara.com, beside Ahmad Suraji, there’re four other Indonesians would "soon" be executed after President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono rejected his clemency application. A few weeks a go,

So, I think the death penalty is a good solution and let them think million times if they have planned to kill people.

Here's the story. Two guys go out and have a few too many drinks, and being three sheets to the wind they climb on a docked boat and make a mayday call to the emergency services claiming that they're on a boat with five people and it's starting to sink. Half an hour later, they call back again, claiming that the boat has gone down and all five people, one of them being a pregnant woman, are now in the water.

So a whole bunch of people, including "Water Police, a naval patrol boat, local volunteers, ships owned by resource giants Woodside and Santos and police and private planes" go out, and they don't find the boat. By this point, the two fuckheads involved are probably laughing their asses off or passed out.

After all these people have been out looking for some people in serious trouble for seven fucking hours, they call off the search, and start tracing where the call came from and who had made it.

They found the two kids who'd wasted the time and efforts of a whole lot of people who could have been responding to actual emergencies, and charged them. They were "convicted in April of creating a false belief regarding human safety and each was sentenced to a 12-month intensive supervision order and 200 hours of community service. The two knucklefuckers were also ordered to pay $43,980.69 each, which means they got off awfully cheap considering the search is estimated to have cost over $200,000.

They should be grateful.

Charles Sobhraj, 64, is a serial killer (a.k.a "the Serpent" and "the Bikini killer") serving a life-imprisonment sentence in a jail in Nepal. His interpretor Nihita Biswas, 20, is smitten by him and says it was love at first sight. They are engaged to marry. From The Independent, UK:

Invitations have yet to be sent, the wedding band has not been booked. But inside a Nepalese prison cell measuring less than 10ft across, what must qualify as one of the more unlikely of marriages is actively being planned.

The groom-to-be is Charles Sobhraj, a 64-year-old French citizen nicknamed "The Serpent". This convicted, self-confessed killer has been blamed for perhaps as many as 20 deaths, is the subject of several books and a full-length movie, is a veteran of South Asia's jails and is a twice-married womaniser. Now, as he appeals against his conviction by a Kathmandu court, he is planning to marry a Nepalese woman 44 years his junior.

Sobhraj has become engaged to Nihita Biswas, who was hired by his lawyer to work as a translator.

Recently our HR has been auditing job applications of our current employees. We found out that a few of them lied on their applications. All of them lied on the same question. Have you ever committed a crime, or been convicted of a felony. So me and my partner who will be known as Jefe, had to take care of 2 guys.

It is D-Day, me and Jefe show up early. We have to meet up with our HR and go over the paper work, and make sure everything is in order for the terminations. I asked our HR what exactly showed up on "Jesse's" background check? She just replied that it was REALLY bad. Kind of strange, since I have been with the company Jesse has been one of the nicest and best employees we have.

Jesse rolls into work and Jefe goes to the breakroom to let him know we needed to see him. Jesse comes in the room and we let him know what was going on. It went pretty well suprisingly. Apparently our GM had talked to him about his infraction a week before. So Jesse knew it was coming. Jesse then asks what showed up on the check? Our HR tells him a lot, he asks if the Arson, and stalking charges showed up. She said yes and a lot more!!! WTF?!!! Next time tell me that the muthafucka I am terminating is a fucking psycho and might come back and kill me. Shit you putting my life in danger.

After it was all taken care of, we walked Jesse out and gave him our best. He was a damn good worker, I was kind of pissed that we were losing him. So we head back into the HR's office and chat with her for a minute. She pulls out his background check and well dude is lucky he is a free man. This is the list of charges the best I could remember. Arson, 3 gun charges, stalking, attempted murder, grand theft auto, car jacking, oh yeah and another arson.

Apparently most of this happened before the 3 strikes law went into effect, cuz if this happened after 1990 then he would definitely be doing 25 to life. But he does have 2 strikes on him now. Plus he did a total of 15 years in prison over the course of 4 or 5 bids. Thankfully he seems to be a changed man. I really dont like the idea of having to look over my shoulder every time I leave the building.

Well, here’s a story you don’t hear too often. A 19-year-old from Minneapolis (a stude

Well, here's a story you don't hear too often. A 19-year-old from Minneapolis (a student from the University of Minnesota) has been charged with a felony (bribery, treating, and soliciting) in the Hennepin County District Court on Thursday for putting his (presidential election) vote up on eBay. The bidding started at $10, and he would vote for the candidate of the winning bidder's choice, or he would not vote at all if that's what the winner wished. He said that he would take a picture of his ballot to prove it.

Posting under the name zeprummer612, Max P. Sanders wrote "Good luck! You’re [sic] country depends on You!"

The Minnesota Secretary of State’s Office received a criminal complaint, and reported the issue to prosecutors, who in turn subpoenaed eBay for the information that lead to Sanders. Sanders is being charged under a law from 1893 which makes it illegal to offer to buy and/or sell a vote.

John Aiken, a spokesman for the prosecutor's office told reporters, "We take it very seriously. Fundamentally, we believe it is wrong to sell your vote. There are people that have died for this country for our right to vote, and to take something that lightly, to say, 'I can be bought.' It’s a real shame. I can imagine the conversations being held in American Legion Clubs and VFWs about whether this is a joke or not. There are two things going on here in terms of why it’s a crime. One is the notion that elections should be a contest of ideas and not of pocketbooks — at least not in the sense of straight-out 'I can buy your vote.' The second notion is that everybody gets one vote and you don’t get to buy another one."

Sanders has claimed that it was merely a joke, but I doubt this. It goes into too much detail about proving that he voted the way the bidder would want for it to be a joke.

Sanders faces a maximum of 5 years in prison plus $10,000; however, the prosecutor's office has said that they will not push for jail time. This is actually one case where I do not advocate for the maximum penalty. I think he should be fined, and possibly jailed, but for no more than a few months. I would support a ban on him voting however, but Minnesota law does not ban ex-felons from voting.

At first, I had to debate with my libertarian side if this should be legal. Then I came to the conclusion that if we allowed for this, it would corrupt the election process. Of course, that is the reason that we have the Electoral College, and cases like this are prime examples of why we still need it.

The listing got no bids, and Sanders has since removed the listing.

For reference, here's a map of states and their policies on felons voting (I wanted to do a post on this months ago, but it got caught up in the qeue and I just scrapped the idea for the time being):

Join the offical land of the banned Messageboard

The final mystery of 9/11 will soon be solved, according to US experts investigating the collapse of the third tower at the World Trade Center.

The 47-storey third tower, known as Tower Seven, collapsed seven hours after the twin towers.

Investigators are expected to say ordinary fires on several different floors caused the collapse.

Conspiracy theorists have argued that the third tower was brought down in a controlled demolition.

Unlike the twin towers, Tower Seven was not hit by a plane.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology, based near Washington DC, is expected to conclude in its long-awaited report this month that ordinary fires caused the building to collapse.

That would make it the first and only steel skyscraper in the world to collapse because of fire.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology's lead investigator, Dr Shyam Sunder, spoke to BBC Two's "The Conspiracy Files":

"Our working hypothesis now actually suggests that it was normal building fires that were growing and spreading throughout the multiple floors that may have caused the ultimate collapse of the buildings."

"Smoking gun"

However, a group of architects, engineers and scientists say the official explanation that fires caused the collapse is impossible. Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth argue there must have been a controlled demolition.

The founder of the group, Richard Gage, says the collapse of the third tower is an obvious example of a controlled demolition using explosives.

"Building Seven is the smoking gun of 9/11… A sixth grader can look at this building falling at virtually freefall speed, symmetrically and smoothly, and see that it is not a natural process.

"Buildings that fall in natural processes fall to the path of least resistance", says Gage, "they don't go straight down through themselves."

Conspiracy theories

There are a number of facts that have encouraged conspiracy theories about Tower Seven.

    * Although its collapse potentially made architectural history, all of the thousands of tonnes of steel from the skyscraper were taken away to be melted down.

    * The third tower was occupied by the Secret Service, the CIA, the Department of Defence and the Office of Emergency Management, which would co-ordinate any response to a disaster or a terrorist attack.

    * The destruction of the third tower was never mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report. The first official inquiry into Tower Seven by the Federal Emergency Management Agency was unable to be definitive about what caused its collapse.

    * In May 2002 FEMA concluded that the building collapsed because intense fires had burned for hours, fed by thousands of gallons of diesel stored in the building. But it said this had "only a low probability of occurrence" and more work was needed.

But now nearly seven years after 9/11 the definitive official explanation of what happened to Tower Seven is finally about to be published in America.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology has spent more than two years investigating Tower Seven but lead investigator Dr Shyam Sunder rejects criticism that it has been slow.

(video on website)

"We've been at this for a little over two years and doing a two or two and a half year investigation is not at all unusual. That's the same kind of time frame that takes place when we do aeroplane crash investigations, it takes a few years."

With no steel from Tower 7 to study, investigators have instead made four extremely complex computer models worked out to the finest detail. They're confident their approach can now provide the answers. Dr Sunder says the investigation is moving as fast as possible.

"It's a very complex problem. It requires a level of fidelity in the modelling and rigour in the analysis that has never been done before."

Other skyscrapers haven't fully collapsed before because of fire. But NIST argues that what happened on 9/11 was unique.

Steel structure weakened

It says Tower Seven had an unusual design, built over an electricity substation and a subway; there were many fires that burnt for hours; and crucially, fire fighters could not fight the fires in Tower 7, because they didn't have enough water and focused on saving lives.

Investigators have focused on the east side where the long floor spans were under most stress.

They think fires burnt long enough to weaken and break many of the connections that held the steel structure together.

Most susceptible were the thinner floor beams which required less fireproofing, and the connections between the beams and the columns. As they heated up the connections failed and the beams sagged and failed, investigators say.

The collapse of the first of the Twin Towers does not seem to have caused any serious damage to Tower Seven, but the second collapse of the 1,368ft (417m) North Tower threw debris at Tower Seven, just 350ft (106m) away.

Tower Seven came down at 5.21pm. Until now most of the photographs have been of the three sides of the building that did not show much obvious physical damage. Now new photos of the south side of the building, which crucially faced the North Tower, show that whole side damaged and engulfed in smoke.

It was a an interesting issue for media and it had the factor of huge human interest. Moreover it was a propoganda issue rather than a productive information for media and it was her, Nihita Bishwas who called herself Shobhraj's beloved who also urged that she is getting married to him very soon in France.
"I don't know what he was," Nihita says when asked if she isn't bothered by her fiancée's past criminal record. "But I know what he is now. He is a good and caring man and that's what's important." nepalnews.com

[wp_caption id="attachment_192" align="aligncenter" width="213" caption="Well, she is the one!!!"][/wp_caption]

It was a big surprise for us in media and obviously we were eager to ask Nihita some questions and know her. And it was her who made us much more puzzled. More precisely, when we were in off air, she didn't missed to say that she once had aim of being on the chair where we were, she wanted to be a news anchor. I told her that being a guest in a news show and sitting on the chair for satisfying people's queries is far more better. In response she giggled and shrugged.

[wp_caption id="attachment_193" align="aligncenter" width="215" caption="Look at her! What a confident smile! "][/wp_caption]

There may be many more things beyond the limelight but Nihita is now in the light and she is playing it pretty good. The show may go on, and it won't stop till Shobraj pays her good ATTENTION!!! That ATTENTION would stand for anything.
Nihita's act these days is a good evidence for the fact that even if Love is blind, it's not dumb or deaf. It's her confidence or over confidence built by something unveiled till now.

If it isn't hard enough getting justice in a court, you are no longer allowed to say rape, victim, crime scene because it might prejudice the jury.

IE if you get raped many courts will no longer allow you to say this person raped me, unwanted attention is allowed. Think of it, Gunderson gave unwanted attention to his wife. Phooey.

So this means we have made it even harder on the victims of crime such as rape. A very emotional hardship is endured by everyone who was raped, just to make it to the court, then in the court, many personal questions. All we keep doing it making it so less victims report crime, giving a free pass to criminals. Sad.

In Wichita, Kan., not long ago, a defense attorney persuaded a judge that the use of such words as “victim” and “crime scene” would prejudice the jury against his client, a man charged with homicide.

Welcome to Political Correctness in the U.S. court system. It’s spreading. Judges in Missouri and Nebraska recently banned the use of the word “rape” in rape trials. The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers is pushing this trend. It takes the position that it is up to a jury decide whether a murder or rape has occurred, never mind that the defendant has been accused of said crime. In any case, it has always been the jury’s responsibility to determine whether the defendant is guilty or not guilty.

The criminal defense lawyers favor “incident” instead of “crime,” “fatality” instead of “homicide,” and “complaining witness” instead of “victim.” This euphemistic nonsense may have reached its nadir in the Nebraska case in which a woman was told she could not use the word “rape” in the trial of a man accused of raping her.

How else should she describe it? “Unwanted attention?” She is appealing the prohibition to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The National District Attorneys’ Association argues that limiting the use of commonly understood words and replacing them with prudish synonyms runs the risk of tangling jurors up in legal jargon. David LaBahn, of the NDAA, told the Washington Times: “If somebody was injured or aggrieved, they are a victim. It is (a matter of) properly identifying the parties.”

He noted that the California Supreme Court has been a leader in “neutering” the use of words in trials. In a world with ample confusion and obfuscation, what is needed is more clarity, not less.

I used to be proud of my service in Korea, and looked back fondly on my time there. That is, until today. Looking back after reading an article detailing the US military and its lack of intervention in the massacre of thousands of Korean civilians, I have a different feeling about the country, my time there, the leadership of America and the military commanders and officers serving at the time.

Bluntly speaking, I'm disgusted in those in our military who sat by and did nothing about mass executions of civilians. Bluntly speaking, I'm ashamed of my country for what it did---which at the very least was to do nothing, and at worst was to actually condone or encourage it through tacit approval by its refusal to do something about it.

What am I talking about? Lining up political prisoners and machine gunning them to death and putting them in mass graves. Not just one incident of it, but a policy and practice of it, every bit as heinous as the war crimes committed by the Nazis in WWII. By one of our allies, and after we took those Nazis to task for the very same sorts of things, which probably makes it even worse in my opinion because it adds the element of hypocrisy.

Right now I couldn't be much more disgusted in my country, those who led it, and those who lead it now. I will never think of my time in South Korea the same way again. Gone will be what good memories there were, replaced by a revolting, sick thought that I ever helped protect the country of those murdering bastards and sick degenerates. No wonder the communists hated them so fucking much.

Those South Koreans were no better than the communists they fought against. And towards McArthur and all the American military officers who did not stop those atrocities, I look down on them as spineless cowards, despicable, disgusting and weak excuses for men who I wouldn't piss on---even if they were on fire and begged for it.

You would think that as one grew older and wiser, they would be able to find more reasons to love their country. That's not the case at all for me. I find more and more reasons for the need to see it changed from its present form, much like our founding fathers found reasons to change the government which they themselves lived under prior to gaining independence.

Which is why I didn't even celebrate Independence Day this year. I'm done celebrating the beginning of this government we have to endure, and all the cowardly, evil, crooked, profiteering, corrupt, freedom destroying bullshit that it propagates under the false pretense of freedom and democracy. It's all about money and power, and that's all life will ever be about in the eyes of the government here in America.

It hasn't been about the people, democracy, rights, freedoms and liberties in over 200 years, which is part of the reason we already had one Civil War.

There needs to be a history class in high schools focusing on all the ugly, disgusting, revolting things our nation has done, and who did them---so that we put an end to the mindless worker-drone production line that those in power so love (which, of course, is why it will never happen). We also need laws that prevent any military aid or foreign aid to any nation which allows or condones human rights abuses, the status of which is reviewed each year.

Which if we are to avoid hypocrisy, means we need to hold our own government accountable and have a better means to do so. Elections are simply insufficient means of doing so. So is impeachment, as it is only initiated by other politicians (who are by nature reluctant to do so, for fear of it becoming a commonly used tool whereby they themselves might be removed), and despite popular belief---removal from office is not mandatory if one is impeached.

As an American, I am tired of seeing our nation helping Israel, Arab dictatorships and monarchies, African warlords and various potentates around the world who keep their people in bondage. But in truth, we need to hold our own government accountable first. It is fast becoming one of the worst governments of all for violating personal freedoms, privacy, liberties, and for human rights abuses.

I don't mind taking other nations to task when security necessitates it. I'm fine with war as sometimes it is necessary. But it is altogether a different thing to close with and destroy the enemy who was taken the battlefield willingly and under the laws of warfare as generally agreed to by nations...and machine-gunning innocent civilians---men, women and even children---in the name of expediency, political protectionism, or anything else for that matter!

What the South Korean military did is the same as what the Nazis did, and the same thing Al Qaeda does---murdering innocent people. Looking back at history in that context, and looking at what is happening today, I find it highly hypocritical that we're at war with terrorists for doing the same things our allies in South Korea did.

The only difference I see is that Al Qaeda isn't murdering those innocents of our enemies...just the innocents of our allies and those on our side. I wonder if America would be engaged in a global War on Terror if instead of flying planes into the World Trade Centers, Al Qaeda had instead flown them into the Kremlin, or downtown Beijing?

Probably not.

Yes, its true. July 4th, 2008 marks the day of the largest re-enlistment ceremony in the history of the U. S. military. More than 1200 troops serving in Iraq "extended" their promise to defend our country. They realize this is the most important battle of all- freedom.

Though this is all well appreciated and there is no argument why they made their decisions, does anyone feel that our "Beloved" president has not done his job of getting the troops out of Iraq and make some sound decisions about ending the war?
