That was my favorite poem EVER when I was a kid and the first one I ever memorized. I don't even remember memorizing it. I think I've just always instinctively known it. I don't even know who wrote it. All I know is that it makes me oh so happy.

My other quote was from Kurt Vonnegut. I was going to do a really long quote about how we are all bugs in amber, but then I realized that there was absolutely no way on this Earth I would be able to memorize that during my 20 minute lunch block. So I chose a slightly shorter excerpt:

I dunno. It just seems really deep and meaningful and beautiful. So simple, yet so disgusted at the way we treat the Earth. The language is so eloquent. If he was still alive, I would find Kurt Vonnegut wherever he lived and convince him to marry me. Sadly, that is no longer an option. But his writing is still more beautiful than anything else I've ever read.

My other favorite quotes include ones from the Aeneid, Dr. Seuss, Shel Silverstein, and, my favorite, an episode from Pokemon. Good to know we're all focused on getting a trememndous education.

We discussed the organization, the program offering and our plan to run a pilot program in a GR public school classroom. We also talked about grant seeking classes offered at the SPNA at GVSU and how volunteer work is required in the curriculum at the SNPA (think "grant-writing", or "research-assistance" for this project... yeah).

As part of our efforts at bringing restoration in the city of Austin, Sherry Birk and I met up with Alissa Magrum and Katherine Houck from Communities in Schools at Dawson Elementary today. This was our first meeting to discuss conducting an extreme makeover of their counseling room, or should I say, counseling rooms.

The Communities in Schools program is a great program that seeks to help kids stay in school. You can read more about our Communities in Schools partnership here. Today, we got to hear about CIS's work at Dawson Elementary and their vision for the makeover of their space. The space has not been touched much in 18 years and is in need of repairs, updates and a more nurturing, comforting environment. They serve 100 kids each year in their space and have 5-8 staff using the space on a regular basis. They have been great stewards of their space and the finances they have, and now is a great opportunity for us to bless them and the children of Dawson Elementary. Sherry and I were received VERY warmly by the staff and we look forward to working with Katherine, Rachel, Ethan and Kris, among others.

I can already see encouraged staffers in their restored spaces, kids with big eyes while they check out the new space and new students who walk into the new rooms in the fall. I am excited and I pray that you are also!!

The second space is used for 3 Americorp staff, two full time staff and a therapeutic playroom. The space is pretty large and will take a lot of labor, donations and some of our own cash money to make it happen. This is a great opportunity to bless our city, our children and a non-profit that is working to improve the lives of our children.

Before you demand his resignation, you also must know that it is school policy to admit freshmen from a pool that is not selected on academic criteria, and in fact, only 12% of them will graduate after four years (and only 30% after six).  In the case of our professor, the average (median) student has attended 66% of his classes.  What he is demanding is that students show up for class.

I lied.  This is not a hypothetical, and Professor Steven D. Aird has been denied tenure - fired - from his job teaching biology at Norfolk State University for one reason, he says - he failed too many students.

A subtext of the discussion is that Norfolk State is a historically black university with a mission that includes educating many students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The university suggests that Aird — who is white — has failed to embrace the mission of educating those who aren’t well prepared. But Aird — who had backing from his department and has some very loyal students as well — maintains that the university is hurting the very students it says it wants to help. Aird believes most of his students could succeed, but have no incentive to work as hard as they need to when the administration makes clear they can pass regardless.

“Show me how lowering the bar has ever helped anyone,” Aird said in an interview.

It's a matter of standards, he says.  And it's not a matter of academic excellence - it's a matter of showing up.

Norfolk State would appear to endorse this point of view, and official university policy states that a student who doesn’t attend at least 80 percent of class sessions may be failed.

The problem, Aird said, is that very few Norfolk State students meet even that standard. In the classes for which he was criticized by the dean for his grading — classes in which he awarded D’s or F’s to about 90 percent of students — Aird has attendance records indicating that the average student attended class only 66 percent of the time. Based on such a figure, he said, “the expected mean grade would have been an F,” and yet he was denied tenure for giving such grades.

The question, then, is about deciding if we have a teacher who, for whatever reason, is incapable of teaching large numbers of students, or a school that is taking students' money knowing that 70% of them will never get a degree, and that the remaining 30% will have one so watered down as to be nearly worthless.

I wish I could add words of wisdom here, but I can't.  When "social promotion" has become policy at the university level, then there is no happy ending for anyone that I can see - not the fired professor, not the uneducated students and parents who've paid for those degrees, not the taxpayers who subsidize this, and not the employer that needs an educated workforce.

WEST PALM BEACH — Former female impersonator Eulis "Robbie" Campbell took a plea deal that got him a 40-year prison sentence on Wednesday for stabbing and slashing a man to death 56 times whom he met in a gay bar.

From his standpoint, that's better than the life sentence he received in November 2006 following his conviction on charges of first-degree murder and two other felonies in the slaying of Farook Baksh, 45, a married truck driver and landlord who met Campbell at H.G. Roosters in West Palm Beach.

With credit for the two years and seven months he already has been in custody, plus possible gain time he could earn while in prison, the sentence actually amounts to about 31 years, said Assistant State Attorney Craig Williams.

But Campbell is a good bet to die behind bars anyway, He was diagnosed with AIDS several years ago, said his attorney, Shari Vrod. Doctors say his life expectancy is about seven more years, she added.

Still, Campbell was glad to put the case behind him. "He is so relieved," Vrod said. "He thanked us profusely."

Campbell's earlier conviction was reversed by the 4th District Court of Appeal in December, which ruled that Circuit Judge Richard Wennet erred in not sequestering the jury over a holiday weekend.

Well before meeting Baksh, Campbell had impersonated the likes of Liza Minnelli and Marilyn Monroe while performing under the stage name of Madeline Monroe. He bleached his long hair blond, got silicone injections to his face and implants in his hips and buttocks and underwent hormone therapy.

When he and Baksh left the bar in March 2003, they went to an apartment the latter owned in the Westgate neighborhood a few miles away. He testified at trial that he and Baksh "fooled around" and then Baksh rubbed a knife along his face and asked if he had ever been cut.

"I was afraid he was going to kill me," Campbell testified.

After repeatedly stabbing Baksh in what he said was self-defense, Campbell set a fire in the apartment and took the dead man's keys and drove off in his vehicle. Baksh's wallet was never found. Campbell denied taking it.

Baksh's widow and brother agreed to Wednesday's deal in which Campbell pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, first-degree arson and grand theft, in part because "they felt it's a life sentence," Williams said. He added, "The victims don't want to go through it again."

As I have posted last fall (2007), the ruling about this case and about this strange looking killer, the female impersonator Eulis 'Robbie' Campbell on my former blog on Blogger, which by sheer 'coincidence' was reported by a sick and very twisted small community of haters, criminals, liars, proven racists, transsexuals, with AIDS blood threatening obsessive stalkers, sociopaths and cyberstalkers who claim that I am a 'cyberharrasser,' yet they follow me everywhere I go, the latest place where they followed me to is wordpress.com (to which they reported me already in their attempt to have me kicked out of course), this latest ruling is certainly another interesting twist and exposure of a creep, who reminded us immediately of some known self proclaimed 'fanatics.' One in Fergus, Ontario, Canada, one in Cannapolis, NC, one in Bartow, FL, one in Waldorf, MD, the rest is spread nicely and need all over the world. Finland, New Zealand, Great Britain even...

Eric M. Woodard, 46, the by court restrained dangerously, mentally completely deranged and obviously of roidrange suffering hate addiction, the stalker who has made it his 100% life goal to attack us and make our life miserable, this man immediately came to my mind when I read about the murder that is described above. When you read the chilling witness statement by two young girls who were approached by Woodard last year and who were completely shocked about his weirdness, his obsession with me, you might understand me a little bit better.

Then there is 'Hillary Jayne Mansfield, 37, aka Benjamin S., a still 'intact' male who is hiding behind his moniker of 'charlie.' The real 'charlie,' who shared this name with Melinda Mason, 38, a Progressive Pork Producer employee, a meat packing plant in Breslau, Ontario, Canada, where this 'uber' fanatic, who is as fanatic as the Jayne Mansfield sellout Benjamin S. aka Hilljayne or Hillary Jayne Mansfield, who has been charged with battery of a female while he still is male and while he was working at a Motel.

When I saw the image of 'Madeleine Monroe,' the obviously failed transsexual with his plugged eye brows and his round face, I instantly was reminded of the features of 'Hilljayne,' Hillary Jayne Mansfield (the most vicious, vulgar, crazy, and low class, women hating transsexual you can ever meet) and when I read that he has AIDS and that he might die in jail, I thought of Eric M. Woodard, 46, whom I faced in court last November 9th, 2007, for the second time. When you have two lawyers calling you in front of a judge 'loser,' and laugh at you, while you explain what their client has done to five different people, including using his own AIDS infected in a threatening and malicious email he threatened you with, he tried to intimidate you--you start to doubt that real justice is possible.

But real justice truly exists. Hon. Judge Gerald Rosenberg asked to have the 'loser comment' deleted from the records and he ultimately restrained Eric Woodard.The judge overruled his own former decision and I won against the two greasy smiling lawyers and their client Eric Woodard. I never paid the $1,000 that Eric Woodard had the guts to ask me for, after threatening me with burglary, physical harm and a deadly weapon (AIDS is considered by law now a deadly weapon). He tried to screw me over with an auction of fake memorabilia which he sold with Profiles In History, after his friend, the fake memorabilia seller Dorothy Broekaert sold many times her fakes with especially this very company. Now they claim that I have been 'restricted,' but what else can companies do, after they have been exposed for defrauding the public for selling off fake memorabilia--just like Darren Julien, owner of Juliens Auctions did it many times in the past--and got away with it.

This is NOT Frank Ferruccio, 42, nor is it Benjamin S., aka 'Hillary Jayne Mansfield, 37, (they both may wish they were, but the outfit, the tackiness and the background just reminded me of both of them, so I made this the 'love child of Ferruccio & 'Hilljayne.'

Hillary Jayne Mansfield, the vicious psychopath and transsexual who has fooled the entire but tiny community of real Jayne Mansfield loving fans by posting thousands of comments under monikers he established (he is doing exactly as being told by his dear friend Melinda Mason who lives thousands of lives through her monikers), on the JayneMansfield.com forum. (I had to report this forum myself to the owner--CMG Worldwide, who removed the slanderous and absolutely disgusting comment by this cross dressing women beating 'nurse.'

Frank Ferruccio, 42, the caught criminal who defrauded the memory of actor Heath Ledger immediately after his death, this NJ scumbag who forged signatures and even created non existing characters and forged Notary documents in order to fool Jennifer J. Dickinson, this obvious gangster joined the club of CRIMINALS UNITED AGAINST BELLINGHAUS and he would send us a laughable try--read it and look at the junk he claims was 'retrieved' by his hoax providers--forged documents and outrageously tacky creations--picked up in the local thrift stores...this man just shut down OUR MARILYN BLOG (after Eric Woodard and Melinda Mason have done so--whose next?) See the pattern, finally? Come on fraud lovers, creators and supporters, be a bit more obvious--have another 'Memorial Pool Party' and do not forget to invite Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo, since she is working for Mark Roesler it is important to crawl up hers....never mind how many people she screwed over. Ferruccio, Mason, Woodard, - same thing.

Back to 'Hilljayne'--This creep sent me the ugliest emails that I have ever received. In his choice of insults, it got immediately clear that he is the real 'charlie,' because he repeated his pleadings towards me, that I should commit suicide. Melinda Mason, Pauline Berry, Merja Pohjola, Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo the fakes selling Eleanor 'Bebe' Goddard student who would spray her fake items with Chanel No. 5, Eric Woodard, Frank Ferruccio, Tiina Lindholm, and an army of made up people--monikers here again, they support this weirdo who believes that he can insult the intelligence of people. But he failed and he is done now. Nobody wants to even talk to him on his forums. He is talking to himself, only. With his other established monikers (thenewmarilynmonroe and many others). What is there to talk about Jayne Mansfield or Marilyn Monroe that people do not know yet?

They have run out of topics over the years. Everything is repeating to old known facts. They published a forum discussion about Marilyn Monroe's death as a 'book.' And now they seem to have found a new topic--finally: us!

They started to create banners against us. They still are bragging on how bad I am, yet when I asked them in a nice way--years ago, when I took on the Queen Mary fraud, if they could support us--they ALL WERE SILENT. They acted dumb, busy and scared.

They were too obvious. And now each and every one of them will be pointed out--by name, by status and by crime.

The list is already done, and it is scary how long it is.

Melinda Mason stole from our findings and backdated her comment on her other money making website ms-monroe.com where she acts as if she would care for Marilyn Monroe, when we all know how hateful she treated the memory of Marilyn Monroe by creating 'goofy Marilyn' videos, old and aged Marilyn videos, and that Melinda Mason posted shockingly horrible looking images of dead Marilyn Monroe in the morgue--on her MySpace accounts--mostly posted as 'Marilyn Monroe' yet she has literally thousands of other accounts. I finally reported Melinda Mason for the copyright theft, copyright infringement, copyright piracy. Since she sold many ripped-off television shows on eBay under her seller name 'monroemarilyn' (of course), and defrauded Turner Classic Movies, a Time Warner company and many other companies. She sold those rip-offs for $9.99 plus shipping and handling to Canada. She recently claimed on her own site that she heard of me for the first time in 2006. Another lie right here, since I bought from Melinda Mason years earlier, she knew who I was, and in August of 2001, she took images of parts of my collection (which was on display at the Hollywood History Museum)--despite the no picture allowed policy and posted those on her dreadful self-serving, ripping-off everyone website which reads like the diary of an egomaniac and super freak. She continued to report me to different websites and they all celebrated when Blogger, YouTube, amazon.com, MySpace, etc. deleted my accounts due to the viciousness, the lies of these people. But: they never succeeded to have me deleted from the most important website. The mother of information. The warning to the general public. We know that they do have a tie to Blogger and that a 'helping hand erased my 126 blogs that spoke about other topics like AIDS education, bulimia, or my poetry. They were happy and it was celebrated on these hater forums like the '4th of July,' but--Jill Adams' try (even by claiming that I threatened her and her family with 'physical harm,') to have my findings erased like my blogs, Pauline Berry's cyberstalking and tries to also delete my success in terms of especially the fraud exposure of the 100% fake William Travilla 'Lost' Collection exhibition, this action speaks for these people who made it their mantra to screw over the general public and to laugh at them on top of it. When you read the blogs in which this 45 year old woman from New Zealand is trying to find reasons why the fakes could be real, she is turning herself in a bigger joke than her try to sing.

(watch this Stevie Nicks torture, and watch the granny-like looking 'anti-mermaid' (flapping around like a fish that just stranded) who would be wonderful--in any arthritis cream commercial or 'bad perm' warning documentary. Don't they have 'extreme makeover' in the green and wonderful New Zealand?!)

The 'extremist fraud defending characters' who signed a 'petition' against me, which of course is made up out of 75% monikers and the rest are people like stalker Eric Woodard, fake seller Roy Turner, who sold thousands of fake memorabilia items, together with Dorothy Broekaert under their created 'Hollywood Closet, ' and they both really belong to prison for their crimes, Danamo, aka Daniel Rutschman, aka Bret Ludwig, who has been caught posting racist comments on the internet and calling Jews openly the 'K' word. What a nice, sweet fan club community of people who get together and act out their fantasies, if it is hating the successful or attacking us, the people who have succeeded over and over already.

These fan club freaks will never ever win, because they lost too many times.

And now it is important to warn the general public about all of them.

Merja Pohjola and her hater friends stole our creation, OUR MARILYN and used that name to post their hateful, their malicious and so heavily created by ugly lies fantasies. The lies that unite have already exposed several of them beyond 'repair.' That was just another example for their plagiarism and we certainly feel flattered, since it is obvious that when people copy even the words you use in your comments, you are a trend setter, a success, because why else would this Jills and Melindas and Merjas steal all your wordings. Here is just one example: I commented that simple logic and truth is these zombies' biggest enemy. The next day I saw another 'anonymous comment' which stated that you can only win against Jen and Mark with Truth and Logic. Well, since I believe in education, I can say that these weirdos are the biggest sponges which absorb and steal anything they can get their ugly hands on.

AIDS in the community of haters

One of the most shocking realizations was when I witnessed Guido Ortenzio, the partner in crime of the Bebe Goddard scams, creating fakes and claiming that they were 'retrieved at an AIDS Fund Raiser in New York and also in Los Angeles. Now Mr. Ortenzio never sent me an email back when I asked him which fund raiser exactly. He then sent me a very strange email and claimed that he soon is going to die (this was over two years ago). And he is still offering his fakes. But if you are struck by this terrible disease, is that your right to use it in order to defraud others?!

When Jennifer J. Dickinson joined the NJ2MM fan club and the Immortal Marilyn fan club these liars would tell her that I was making fun of Eric Woodard for having AIDS, and of course Jennifer J. Dickinson was shocked.

But fact is: I have never made fun of anybody with this terrible disease which was everywhere around me, when I moved to this country in 1995, to this town. In a matter of fact there were two different gay men dying of AIDS in my apartment building, and one was named Mark and he was my age. I will never forget the always crying mother of Mark, when she exited his apartment, which was located next to the pool. I was studying at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and shortly after bumped into the biggest nightmare of my entire life: Jacobo Yasha Nicolayevsky.

We must and we will make sure that none of their fan club guest speakers with full blown AIDS will be able to make a pass on some fan who might not be as lucky as I was, when Marilyn Monroe author James Spada sexually bothered me without warning me about his deadly disease. I was able in 2001 to kick him out of my home, but he might be able to pass on his disease to some new Monroe fan, who he is approaching after a Marilyn Remembered Fan club meeting.

Just before we succeeded with out Keya Morgan exposure, we tried to actually make peace with this monsters. What a silly try and naive idea this was. The haters communicated anonymous and since we felt it was stalker Eric Woodard who would write these crazy and demanding emails, we first were fed with a laughable 'Rosaria Diaz,' a woman who cannot even spell and then, finally one of the ugliest haters stepped forward: Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo. The woman who defrauded Marilyn Monroe fans and collectors left and right, but gave herself a stage during the August 2007 memorial pool party celebrations. She is now also a member of the hater club 'Immortal Marilyn,' making donations, and acting all good and wonderful, when she defrauded even Robert W. Otto, the collector of the biggest collection of fake Marilyn Monroe memorabilia. Created also with Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo's sick fantasy.

Today Luke was imagining that the earth from space at night would look really neat. So we got on Google images and checked some pictures out. We then looked at this day and night world map.  Luke asked why the nighttime part is shaped like a "U."  I got down the globe and explained (as best as I could) about the earth's tilt and how if you are far enough north or south, depending on the time of year, the sun might be up for months or down for months.  While Isabel was at her dance class Luke and I were watching a Discovery Channel documentary about the ice hotel in Sweden.   Coincidentally, it showed and talked about how they had to build the hotel in the dark a lot because the sun was only up for a few hours and that for a month and a half it wouldn't come up at all.

Isabel and I got our Signing Time DVD's from the library!  Watching a sign language DVD with my daughter is school I can definitely do while I am having a lazy week.

As a future educator, this makes me very sad. And very angry.

2. The bank sold me my cash drawer today. I added monies to our system today so it's official; I am a bank teller.

3. I skipped class tonight because I didn't want to go. Don't worry! I have been taking my meds, but have some MAJOR senioritis and I'm not even truly a senior. We had a guest speaker today and so I would have been going to campus for 1 hour to listen to someone talk ... and I've already heard his spiel (which, did you know, means TOY in German? Yeah, I've heard his toy.) so I skipped out. I'll survive. I graduate in 5 weeks this Saturday. I am walking. I am exciting and just hope I can afford a cap and gown. No joke.

4. I called my four bill companies that do direct transactions from my bank account today to ask them to either a) lower my regular payments or b) let me move the dates around a bit. 2 let me lower the payment a bit and 2 told me to fuck off. Okay, so only one told me to fuck off, and I spoke with her supervisor and he apologized and gave me an extra week. The other one was just a tard and gave me no leeway. This stressed me out but I did some budgeting & calculating and Lord willing, I will have JUST barely enough to cover it if I a) don't spend ANY extra money until then and b) spent at least 5 hours at my parent's house helping mom with yardwork and cleaning out the cars. (They have six company vehicles that I can clean.) My parents are willing to pay me cash and that will help. I have plans of heading down on Saturday morning to earn some money. I didn't really think about gas and whatnot, but know that what I make will cover what I spend in gas, so it's a necessary evil. The Lord will provide.

5. Running and push ups and leg lifts and sit ups are helping. A week in and I'm noticing a slight change already. That's almost enough motivation to keep going. When my belly fat starts shrinking, I'll be even more enthused about this exercise garbage. Yeah, it's garbage. Another plus of being broke? No fast food, unless someone else is buying it for me. I get to have free food on Friday and Sunday nights at church, and know that food-wise I'll be okay until I can grocery shop, but still ... no fast food and no lattes. Maybe the Lord has a plan here. LOL

6. The setting-up by church ladies has begun. My friend Tera asked me on Monday night if she could invite me to dinner & game night with her husband and a single male friend of hers. I told her I was up for whatever. Who knows. Can't hurt, and I'll get some more free food (and a BOARD GAME! I LOVE BOARD GAMES!) out of it.

     I think that what they mean is that they want their children to have an opportunity to interact with lots of kids.  But educators and social scientists do not mean that when they use the term.  Here are some definitions:

 the process by which culture is learned; also called enculturation. During socialization individuals internalize a culture's social controls, along with values and norms about right and wrong.     Oregon State

The process whereby individuals learn to behave willingly in accordance with the prevailing standards of their culture.     University of Nebraska

the process of learning one’s culture and how to live within it. For the individual it provides the resources necessary for acting and participating within their society. For the society, inducting all individual members into its moral norms, attitudes, values, motives, social roles, language and symbols      WIkipedia

     In other words, socialization, as practiced in the public schools, is the process of turning little Johnny and Susie into good little Americans.  When educators talk about socialization they are talking about teaching the youngsters to love the earth and fear guns and put on condoms and accept Heather's two mommies and consider themselves the relatives of chimpanzees--so that they will be nice politically correct wards of Big Brother.

     If you want to socialize your kids that way, go right ahead.  I'd prefer to socialize mine through the church and the family.  Just don't make the mistake of thinking that teachers are wanting your kids to have more friends when they tell you that they are working to socialize them.

As some of you know, some of the time I work as a substitute teacher. I had a rule: I don't do elementary. I've done middle school and high school, but until yesterday I had never done elementar

It's not that I have any grudge against elementary school teachers or that I have some problem with elementary schools. It's an issue of personality. I'm not really the nurturing type. I didn't want to have to wipe kids' noses and tie kids' shoes.

Yesterday I realized what I was missing. I received a call asking me to teach fifth grade. I've done 6th grade before. I thought I could handle fifth grade. But about ten minutes into my day, I was told that they had an internal sub for fifth grade but needed someone to do first grade. That made me uneasy. Then the school secretary said, "It's a good thing you subs are so flexible." Yeah. That's a good thing. Talk about your bait and switch.

So for a day I was a first grade teacher. I don't want to bore you with the minutia of my day so I'll just hit the highlights.

It's really cool how open the kids are with you. These kids had never met me before but because I was their teacher they told me everything about themselves. One girl told me about a dream she had where her dad made her family his slaves. One boy told the class that he loved Hannah Montana.

Kids get hurt every day and unfortunately some of my kids got hurt. Two girls hurt their fingers and needed band-aids. One boy fell and started limping, but I knew he was faking. But there was no permanent damage.

There was so much drama. It made me wonder why there isn't a TV show about first grade. One girl said that she had five fights with her friend that day. One boy threw a pencil at another boy and hit him in the eye. The boy who has hit started crying. I talked to him and I think I made him feel better.

One aspect that was interesting was the different levels of ability I saw. One girl told me she had read a book with over 200 pages on the weekend. Some kids had trouble reading a page. Some were already budding writers and some struggled to put words on paper.

It was definitely a learning experience. I have a new respect for elementary teachers. But for the future: I don't do elementary.

WEST PALM BEACH — Former female impersonator Eulis "Robbie" Campbell took a plea deal that got him a 40-year prison sentence on Wednesday for stabbing and slashing a man to death 56 times whom he met in a gay bar.

From his standpoint, that's better than the life sentence he received in November 2006 following his conviction on charges of first-degree murder and two other felonies in the slaying of Farook Baksh, 45, a married truck driver and landlord who met Campbell at H.G. Roosters in West Palm Beach.

With credit for the two years and seven months he already has been in custody, plus possible gain time he could earn while in prison, the sentence actually amounts to about 31 years, said Assistant State Attorney Craig Williams.

But Campbell is a good bet to die behind bars anyway, He was diagnosed with AIDS several years ago, said his attorney, Shari Vrod. Doctors say his life expectancy is about seven more years, she added.

Still, Campbell was glad to put the case behind him. "He is so relieved," Vrod said. "He thanked us profusely."

Campbell's earlier conviction was reversed by the 4th District Court of Appeal in December, which ruled that Circuit Judge Richard Wennet erred in not sequestering the jury over a holiday weekend.

Well before meeting Baksh, Campbell had impersonated the likes of Liza Minnelli and Marilyn Monroe while performing under the stage name of Madeline Monroe. He bleached his long hair blond, got silicone injections to his face and implants in his hips and buttocks and underwent hormone therapy.

When he and Baksh left the bar in March 2003, they went to an apartment the latter owned in the Westgate neighborhood a few miles away. He testified at trial that he and Baksh "fooled around" and then Baksh rubbed a knife along his face and asked if he had ever been cut.

"I was afraid he was going to kill me," Campbell testified.

After repeatedly stabbing Baksh in what he said was self-defense, Campbell set a fire in the apartment and took the dead man's keys and drove off in his vehicle. Baksh's wallet was never found. Campbell denied taking it.

Baksh's widow and brother agreed to Wednesday's deal in which Campbell pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, first-degree arson and grand theft, in part because "they felt it's a life sentence," Williams said. He added, "The victims don't want to go through it again."

As I have posted last fall (2007), the ruling about this case and about this strange looking killer, the female impersonator Eulis 'Robbie' Campbell on my former blog on Blogger, which by sheer 'coincidence' was reported by a sick and very twisted small community of haters, criminals, liars, proven racists, transsexuals, with AIDS blood threatening obsessive stalkers, sociopaths and cyberstalkers who claim that I am a 'cyberharrasser,' yet they follow me everywhere I go, the latest place where they followed me to is wordpress.com (to which they reported me already in their attempt to have me kicked out of course), this latest ruling is certainly another interesting twist and exposure of a creep, who reminded us immediately of some known self proclaimed 'fanatics.' One in Fergus, Ontario, Canada, one in Cannapolis, NC, one in Bartow, FL, one in Waldorf, MD, the rest is spread nicely and need all over the world. Finland, New Zealand, Great Britain even...

But isn't it

Eric M. Woodard, 46, the by court restrained dangerously, mentally completely deranged and obviously of  roidrange suffering hate addiction, the stalker who has made it his 100% life goal to attack us and make our life miserable, this man immediately came to my mind when I read about the murder that is described above. When you read the chilling witness statement by two young girls who were approached by Woodard last year and who were completely shocked about his weirdness, his obsession with me, you might understand me a little bit better.

Then there is 'Hillary Jayne Mansfield, 37, aka Benjamin S., a still 'intact' male who is hiding behind his moniker of 'charlie.' The real 'charlie,' who shared this name with Melinda Mason, 38, a Progressive Pork Producer employee, a meat packing plant in Breslau, Ontario, Canada, where this 'uber' fanatic, who is as fanatic as the Jayne Mansfield sellout Benjamin S. aka Hilljayne or Hillary Jayne Mansfield, who has been charged with battery of a female while he still is male and while he was working at a Motel.

When I saw the image of 'Madeleine Monroe,' the obviously failed transsexual with his plugged eye brows and his round face, I instantly was reminded of the features of 'Hilljayne,' Hillary Jayne Mansfield (the most vicious, vulgar, crazy, and low class, women hating transsexual you can ever meet) and when I read that he has AIDS and that he might die in jail, I thought of Eric M. Woodard, 46, whom I faced in court last November 9th, 2007, for the second time. When you have two lawyers calling you in front of a judge 'loser,' and laugh at you, while you explain what their client has done to five different people, including using his own AIDS infected in a threatening and malicious email he threatened you with, he tried to intimidate you--you start to doubt that real justice is possible.

But real justice truly exists. Hon. Judge Gerald Rosenberg asked to have the 'loser comment' deleted from the records and he ultimately restrained Eric Woodard.The judge overruled his own former decision and I won against the two greasy smiling lawyers and their client Eric Woodard. I never paid the $1,000 that Eric Woodard had the guts to ask me for, after threatening me with burglary, physical harm and a deadly weapon (AIDS is considered by law now a deadly weapon). He tried to screw me over with an auction of fake memorabilia which he sold with Profiles In History, after his friend, the fake memorabilia seller Dorothy Broekaert sold many times her fakes with especially this very company. Now they claim that I have been 'restricted,' but what else can companies do, after they have been exposed for defrauding the public for selling off fake memorabilia--just like Darren Julien, owner of Juliens Auctions did it many times in the past--and got away with it.

This is NOT Frank Ferruccio, 42, nor is it Benjamin S., aka 'Hillary Jayne Mansfield, 37, (they both may wish they were, but the outfit, the tackiness and the background just reminded me of both of them, so I made this the 'love child of Ferruccio & 'Hilljayne.'

Back to 'Hilljayne'--This creep sent me the ugliest emails that I have ever received. In his choice of insults, it got immediately clear that he is the real 'charlie,' because he repeated his pleadings towards me, that I should commit suicide. Melinda Mason, Pauline Berry, Merja Pohjola, Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo the fakes selling Eleanor 'Bebe' Goddard student who would spray her fake items with Chanel No. 5, Eric Woodard, Frank Ferruccio, Tiina Lindholm, and an army of made up people--monikers here again, they support this weirdo who believes that he can insult the intelligence of people. But he failed and he is done now. Nobody wants to even talk to him on his forums. He is talking to himself, only. With his other established monikers (thenewmarilynmonroe and many others). What is there to talk about Jayne Mansfield or Marilyn Monroe that people do not know yet?

The Immortal Marilyn fan club (where stalker Eric Woodard is still celebrated member), stole all of our findings immediately and set their name on it. Melinda Mason stole from our findings and backdated her comment on her other money making website ms-monroe.com

where she acts as if she would care for Marilyn Monroe, when we all know how hateful she treated the memory of Marilyn Monroe by creating 'goofy Marilyn' videos, old and aged Marilyn videos, and that Melinda Mason posted shockingly horrible looking images of dead Marilyn Monroe in the morgue--on her MySpace accounts--mostly posted as 'Marilyn Monroe' yet she has literally thousands of other accounts. I finally reported Melinda Mason for the copyright theft, copyright infringement, copyright piracy. Since she sold many ripped-off television shows on eBay under her seller name 'monroemarilyn' (of course), and defrauded Turner Classic Movies, a Time Warner company and many other companies. She sold those rip-offs for $9.99 plus shipping and handling to Canada. She recently claimed on her own site that she heard of me for the first time in 2006. Another lie right here, since I bought from Melinda Mason years earlier, she knew who I was, and in August of 2001, she took images of parts of my collection (which was on display at the Hollywood History Museum)--despite the no picture allowed policy and posted those on her dreadful self-serving, ripping-off everyone website which reads like the diary of an egomaniac and super freak. She continued to report me to different websites and they all celebrated when Blogger, YouTube, amazon.com, MySpace, etc. deleted my accounts due to the viciousness, the lies of these people. But: they never succeeded to have me deleted from the most important website. The mother of information. The warning to the general public. We know that they do have a tie to Blogger and that a 'helping hand erased my 126 blogs that spoke about other topics like AIDS education, bulimia, or my poetry. They were happy and it was celebrated on these hater forums like the '4th of July,' but--Jill Adams' try (even by claiming that I threatened her and her family with 'physical harm,') to have my findings erased like my blogs, Pauline Berry's cyberstalking and tries to also delete my success in terms of especially the fraud exposure of the 100% fake William Travilla 'Lost' Collection exhibition, this action speaks for these people who made it their mantra to screw over the general public and to laugh at them on top of it. When you read the blogs in which this 45 year old woman from New Zealand is trying to find reasons why the fakes could be real, she is turning herself in a bigger joke than her try to sing.

The 'extremist fraud defending characters' who signed a 'petition' against me, which of course is made up out of 75% monikers and the rest are people like stalker Eric Woodard, fake seller Roy Turner, who sold thousands of fake memorabilia items, together with Dorothy Broekaert under their created 'Hollywood Closet, ' and they both really belong to prison for their crimes, Danamo, aka Daniel Rutschman, aka Bret Ludwig, who has been caught posting racist comments on the internet and calling Jews openly the 'K' word. What a nice, sweet fan club community of people who get together and act out their fantasies, if it is hating the successful or attacking us, the people who have succeeded over and over already.

These fan club freaks will never ever win, because they lost too many times.

And now it is important to warn the general public about all of them.

We must and we will make sure that none of their fan club guest speakers with full blown AIDS will be able to make a pass on some fan who might not be as lucky as I was, when Marilyn Monroe author James Spada sexually bothered me without warning me about his deadly disease. I was able in 2001 to kick him out of my home, but he might be able to pass on his disease to some new Monroe fan, who he is approaching after a Marilyn Remembered Fan club meeting.

The woman who defrauded Marilyn Monroe fans and collectors left and right, but gave herself a stage during the August 2007 memorial pool party celebrations. She is now also a member of the hater club 'Immortal Marilyn,' making donations, and acting all good and wonderful, when she defrauded even Robert W. Otto, the collector of the biggest collection of fake Marilyn Monroe memorabilia. Created also with Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo's sick fantasy.
