I'll do a video of it in the near future, and hopefully will be able to show the commercial version in that.  For once, it will actually be part of a project, and not just a show 'n' tell, as I need to make a crafts table and chairs for my (near) 2 year old daughter, and want to use the loose tenons as part of the construction.

Anyway, to the first look bit, here 'tis!

It consists of a clamping arrangement to attach to the workpiece, and a independantly movable portion which holds the template for the router to follow.

The template fitted here is for metric tenons (a tenon fits into a mortise...the mortise is the 'slot', just to clear up the terminology a bit!)

(The mortise is in the top piece of timber, and the floating tenon is the bottom bit!)

There are a number of templates available (not all will necessarily be available), and it also includes a dowelling template.  Now the holes are much larger than the tenon, or dowel, and that is because it is actually for the template guide attached to the router to follow!

Not all routers have the ability to fit a template guide, so Professional Woodworkers Supplies has worked with Woodpeckers to produce this universal base as an optional addition.  Again, this is a prototype.

To align the base on the router, and to get clean mortise cuts, a couple of bits are used - particularly a spiral upcut bit for a plunging cut that is very clean.

I'll have more info when I have a chance to put the device through its paces, but it is intruguing never-the-less.

¿QUÉ ES PERSONAL WEB SERVER ?

En versiones de Windows 95 y Windows 98 no se utiliza Internet Information Server (IIS) sino su predecesor llamado Personal Web Server (PWS).

Se trata de la versión light del Internet Information Server utilizada en entorno W95 y 98. Ambos son aplicaciones que permiten el hacer de nuestros PCs auténticos servidores web.

La utilidad de hacer funcionar nuestro propio ordenador como un servidor no es necesariamente el albergar páginas que sean vistas por los internautas sino, más bien, el poder trabajar con lenguajes del lado servidor (ASP en este caso) sin necesidad de estar conectado continuamente ejecutando nuestros scripts en un servidor remoto que generalmente es de pago.

Se trata, por lo tanto, de una aplicación indispensable para el desarrollo de webs dinámicas que, una vez puestas a punto, podrán ser alojadas en un servidor distante.

INSTALACIÓN

El Personal Web Server se encuentra en el CD de Instalación de Windows 98, y si no lo tienen pueden bajarlo desde el sitio de Microsoft. Para proceder a la instalación nos dirigimos hacia el menú Inicio / Ejecutar y escribiremos la ruta hacia el archivo de instalación, por ejemplo d:\add-ons\pws\instalar.exe o d:\addo-ons\pws\setup.exe en caso de tenerlo en inglés. (d: o la unidad de CD). Si por algún motivo aparece un error del Winsock, hay que instalar la versión 2 (Ws2setup.exe), disponible en el mismo directorio. [3]

Aparecerá la clásica pantalla de bienvenida, en donde nos comenta en forma breve de que se trata el programa y las características que incluye.

Clickeamos en SIGUIENTE para continuar.

A continuación hay que seleccionar los componentes a instalar, se puede dejar las opciones predeterminadas (instalación típica) o escoger los componentes que queramos (instalación personalizada). Una vez finalizada la instalación, habrá que reiniciar el sistema. [3]

Por el contrario si se quieren instalar opciones adicionales, se debe seleccionar Instalación personalizada que tiene todos los componentes de la instalación típica así que usted debe chequear todos los niveles hasta que encuentre la documentación de PWS. Luego presionar el botón "Mostrar Subcomponentes".[4]

Por ejemplo en este caso se configurará para correr específicamente aplicaciones en ASP. Asegúrate de chequear la opción Active Server Pages y luego presiona Aceptar, para salir de este diálogo y luego Aceptar una vez más. [4]

Posicionate en documentación y presiona nuevamente "Mostrar Documentación"

Finalmente llegamos a una página relevante. Asegúrate de chequear la opción Active Server Pages y luego presiona Aceptar, para salir de este diálogo y luego Aceptar una vez más. [4]

Acepta el directorio por defecto. Muchas aplicaciones y códigos gratuitos han sido formateados para usar esta dirección por defecto así que es altamente recomendable usarla. [4]

Después de esperar unos minutos a que la instalación esté completa, serás consultado si deseas reiniciar el computador (pero espera un minuto). Una vez que lo hagas, deberás ver en la barra de tareas el siguiente icono: [4]

El cual muestra al PWS corriendo en tu sistema. Una forma rápida de probar el sistema es abriendo el navegador y entrando a la url: http://localhost/iishelp 

Para entrar al directorio de publicación debemos ir a  C:\Inetpub\wwwroot y este directorio es donde se deben guardar nuestras páginas para que estén disponibles en nuestro sitio web. Así que si guardamos una página con extensión .asp en esta carpeta podremos verla en acción desde nuestra dirección local. [6]

Sebenernya yang bikin laku itu bukan petanya mas jojok, memang kalo di tataran ka puskesmas ke atas enak kalo bisa lihat peta/sebaran, tapi kalo bicara di tingkat bidan maka yang paling penting 2 hal ini : PWS dan KOHORT

Terus terang aja nih phillips terang terus dua hal itu kegiatan bidan yang paling ribet dari kegiatan pelaporan KIA. Bikin mudah 2 hal ini .. mas Jojok akan jadi pujaan bidan-bidan se-tanah air.

Keberhasilan dari SIMPUS-KIAnya Ngawi terutama karena data yang dihasilkan berhasil diterjemahkan dalam PWS dan KOHORT.

• PWSnya biasa banget. Tapi akhirnya setelah dipersentase terbentuk juga petanya. Yang penting disini adalah jangan lupa bikin form untuk angka-angka proyeksi. karena tiap kecamatan beda jumlah desa dan beda juga pembagian angka proyeksi, jadi mesti dibuat luwes.
• Sedangkan Kohortnya masih berbeda dengan yang diharapkan oleh pelatihan pengisian Kohort Ibu. Kalo mas jojok lihat kohort ibu di puskesmas mumet dengan tanda-tanda dan warna-warni. itu belum bisa di buat dengan program sesederhana Access, karena itu expektasi saya kepada SIMPUS KIA mas jojok lebih ..

Ini adalah indikator yang dipakai beserta Definisi Operasionalnya PWS (Pemantauan Wilayah Setempat)

PWS - ini meliputi komponen (semua dalam persen) :

• Indikator Ibu
  • K1 adalah jumlah semua ibu hamil yang periksa pertama kali dibagi proyeksi jumlah ibu hamil
  • K4 adalah jumlah semua ibu hamil yang periksa 4 kali dibagi proyeksi jumlah ibu hamil.
    Pemeriksaan 4 kali harus ikut formula 1-1-2 (tribulan pertama 1 kali, tribulan kedua 1 kali, tribulan ketiga 2 kali) Jadi biarpun periksa sudah lebih dari 4 tapi dimulai dari trimester II maka ngga akan ketemu K4nya.
  • Deteksi Risti oleh tenaga kesehatan, jumlah ibu hamil risti dibagi proyeksi jumlah ibu hamil.
    yang dimaksud dengan risti adalah ibu hamil yang dideteksi dengan skor Puji Rohyati dengan nilai lebih dari 6 (Tentang Puji Rohyati akan saya bahas disini) di tambah ibu yang menderita
    - pre-eklamsi/eklamsi,
    - anemia,
    - kekurangan energi kronis,
    - ketuban pecah dini,
    - perdarahan ante partum dan
    - infeksi
  • Resiko Tinggi ditangani. jumlah ibu hamil risti yang ditangani dibagi jumlah semua ibu hamil risti.
  • Persalinan oleh Tenaga Kesehatan adalah jumlah ibu bersalin yang ditolong oleh tenaga kesehatan (termasuk di dalamnya persalinan di Puskesmas dan Rumah Sakit) dibagi proyeksi jumlah ibu bersalin.
  • Kunjungan Nifas adalah jumlah kunjungan kepada Ibu Nifas (termasuk yang ditolong dukun bila ada) dibagi proyeksi jumlah ibu bersalin.
    Kunjungan nifas bisa dikatakan telah dilakukan bila :
    - Kunjungan telah dilaksanakan 3 kali
    - 6 jam pp - 7 hari 1 kali
    - 8 - 28 hari 1 kali
    - 29 - 42 hari 1 kali
    - Sudah dapat tablet Fe dan Vit A dlm 24 jam pp.
    (meski prakteknya dilakukan bersamaan dengan kunjungan pada neonatalnya namun variabel yang digunakan berbeda)
• Indikator bayi
  • KN1, berapa banyak bayi yang mendapat kunjungan dalam waktu 0-28 hari sebanyak 1 kali dibagi proyeksi jumlah bayi.
  • KN2, berapa banyak bayi yang mendapat kunjungan kepada neonatal dalam waktu 0-28 hari dibagi proyeksi jumlah bayi dengan kriteria sebagai berikut :
    - Kunjungan 0-7 hari 2 kali
    - Kunjungan 8-28 hari 1 kali
  • Neonatal Risti ditangani. Banyaknya neonatal risti yang ditangani.
  • Bayi Paripurna, Jumlah bayi paripurna dibagi proyeksi jumlah bayi .
    Bayi disebut paripurna bila :
    - mendapat vit K1
    - mendapat kunjungan KN2
    - minimal 4 kali kunjungan dalam setahun
    - - dapat vit A
    - - dapat deteksi dini tumbuh kembang (DDTK)
    - - dapat imunisasi dasar sampai dengan campak
  • Balita Paripurna, Jumlah Balita paripurna dibagi proyeksi jumlah balita.
    Balita disebut sebagai paripurna bila :
    - Kunjungan minimal 2 kali dalam setahun
    - Mendapatkan vit A 2 kali dalam setahun
    - Diperiksa DDTK

I am always surprised at how people view me. They introduce me as, "This is my Pastor's wife." I don't get my own name. Other times I am introduced as, "This is my Pastor." The look I get is often amusing. In this Catholic town where most post people think Pastor=Priest, I get strange looks. Most people don't know what to do with that. Their image doesn't fit my face, my attire, my gender, my voice.

Some people can't see you as human. They can't understand that there are days when you put your hair in a ponytail and forget about your makeup and clean your house. They are shocked that sometimes you don't want to cook, so you order a pizza. They are surprised when you don't want to counsel them at the gym. They are shocked when you are talking to the your local Samaritan woman with love. They don't like when your kids act up or talk back to you.

Yet every pastor's wife can tell you that we are so human it's incredible. Some of us are better at the public appearances than others. Some of us are more poised than others but all of us are human. We have the same issues all women have. We have the same questions and fallibility. The difference is that we are married to men who have a calling to serve God. We accepted that calling and many of us knew the call because we felt it as well. Other wives, work in other areas and support their husbands call but are not in ministry per se. It's all good!

Whether we like it or not people are watching to see if we meet up to their expectation. Most of time you see the flaws when you are looking for them. I made the rookie mistake, in the beginning, to try to act like I was all together but that wasn't real and it didn't make me look any better. Now I just try to live my life right before God. I try to do the right thing and I am not ashamed when I make mistakes because they are going to happen.

I recently read a book about health that had a lot of cussing in it (Skinny Bitch). Honestly, I thought twice about revealing that I had read it in my book review but you know what? If things that I read have to be done in secret then they shouldn't be done. I don't want to lead a sneaky life. Besides, it had a lot of good advice on my diet and health.

There is a line there in the fact that not everyone needs to know everything. I am learning to discern when to tell things about my life and when to be quiet. It's a rewarding life I lead. I get to help people for a living. I get to teach them about God. I get to see marriages restored and I see lives put back on track and for that I am so grateful. Yes, you will hear me complain sometimes but just remind me that I am blessed.

I am in a rare situation that will probably never be again. That is, I was a member of a church when I met and married the pastor of that same church. So the women in our church were my friends before I was their pastor's wife. This means that we are much more familiar with each other than other pastor's wives with their churches and for that I am grateful. I get to be friends with mighty women of God who I also get to help pastor. It's truly an honor.

So my advice to you today? Thank your pastor's wife. She has a tough job even if she isn't in ministry because she takes care of your pastor. She sees your pastor pace the floor at night in prayer. She hears the criticism and the accolades. She sees the humanity in her husband and loves him anyway. Introduce her as: "This is Susan Young my pastor's wife." Give her a name and an identity separate from her spouse. For those at TLC their Pastor's wife (me!) sometimes looks like this:
