Sarah Palin is a Conservative. Which automatically signals to the media that they MUST hate her. No chance. No unbiased coverage. They must tear the Conservative apart. People don't know Sarah Palin because the mainstream media is doing everything they can to make sure that Sarah Palin is filtered and summarized, rather than actually heard.

WATCH IT! Don't pass a verdict on Sarah Palin until you actually listen to her. Don't listen to these interviews either. The questions are meant to target, not to actually expose her policies and her ideology. 

And really, liberals, get a better argument than 'Sarah Palin's not intelligent, she's so totally not!' Sarah Palin never supported Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as Barack Obama has. Sarah Palin doesn't threaten to take away the 2nd Amendment Right to Gun Ownership, as Barack Obama does. Sarah Palin wants to drill offshores to lower gas prices, Barack Obama prefers gas prices to be high. Sarah Palin is NOT STUPID ENOUGH to believe we should 'eliminate our nuclear weapons programs,' as Barack Obama is. Yes he's stupid. You heard me. Anyway, Sarah Palin does not want to increase our taxes to put more money back into her own pockets and her pet projects, Barack Obama does. Sarah Palin does not want to increase spending, Barack Obama does. Sarah Palin is a Capitalist, Barack Obama is a Marxist/Communist. 

Barack Obama is book-educated with an unworkable agenda for the American public and a bunch of drones following behind him. 

Now, who said Sarah Palin was perfect? I certainly did not. When she is elected into the office of the Vice President, then she will be watched and scrutinized just like the rest. I have faith that she will show more intelligence than George Bush and more moral fiber than Bill Clinton. If she can do both of those things, then she will be a good Vice President.

And just to get the full facts on the table: Joe Biden is unashamedly the dumbest man in the Senate.

Sometimes it is hard to tell with your children if they really grasp the whole cancer thing. I was approached by two Moms last week who volunteer in Little E's first grade class room. They told me that while they were  working with her in the classroom  she looked up at them and said "Do you know that my Mom is a breast cancer survivor? Isn't that great?" Both the Moms were so floored by this. They told me with tears in their eyes. They could not believe a six year old would say this. Just like they would say I love chocolate milk. I was so proud of her. It seems she is proud of me too!

Around here I speak frankly with the girls about my cancer. I want them to understand it and not be to afraid of it. I want them to be able to live their lives not always being afraid. I want them to see me being brave and strong. So maybe just maybe they will not be scared. They will go get their mammograms and do their self exams, and not be afraid to do it. I have not been tested yet to see if my cancer is genetic. I will soon, I have three daughters and four nieces that need to know if it is.

I am very proud of my girls. We have had a tough eight months. But I think so far we are doing just fine. We do have our moments, but all in all I feel like we are doing ok with my breast cancer. As best as we can. I do get the "Are you going to die?" question still. But less often than I did before. I always tell them that everyone dies, we just need to make the best of the life we have.

Why does Sarah Palin attract so much attention? (or should i say hatret)

If John Mccain wins, Sarah Palin will be the vice president. This happened after all the feared rumours turned true after Sarah Palin visited Mccains residence on teh 24th of August, 2008. Sarah Palin's extensive knowledge of foreign affairs (pun intended) and her special meeting with dozens of international leaders in New York has made her pretty infamous and recently cafepress.com released a series of anti-Sarah Palin T-Shirts.

I read through the website and honestly, didn't find anything meeting the "radical" criteria. What I found was a group that wanted what was best for their land and their people.

Not so different from the Native Hawaiians wanting independent status... OR for North Jersey and South Jersey wanting to be recognized as individual territories.

A quick Google search did not immediately  highlight any type of behaviour akin to William Ayers Chicago "Weatherman".

Take this for what it's worth. I said that I am open minded and hopefully this will prove that point

1. Did I mention that I am not at work? A job where I get to take off all the federal holidays, even one so minor there isn't a Law & Order marathon on tv to celebrate it, is definitely a beautiful thing.

I joined my brother and our childhood next-door neighbor Steve (a longtime fan who made the trip down from Binghamton especially for the game) at the Caps home opener on Saturday night, where they raised the Southeast Division Champion banner. After the better part of a decade watching the team struggle through lackluster seasons, it was a great moment -- one they capped off by winning 4-2.

3. I went to a free class at my local yarn store on Saturday and learned Fair Isle knitting. It turns out it's a lot easier than I thought. My first project -- a little purse -- is in the washing machine right now, being felted.

Wright, Father Phleger, Louis Farrakkan and more. Mostly radical religious leaders who peddle hate speech as sermons.

Not only that but these are the same people (Obamabots) who have posted things on The Daily Kos and even the Official DNC website not only advocating but in some cases out right calling for physical and/or sexual violence against Hillary Clinton and many of these hateful posts are still on display for all to see while any reference to anything not positive about The One is immediately deleted and the user(s) banned and admonished as haters and racists.

This from the campaign that told supporters “I want you to get in their face”, and “if they bring a knife then we’ll bring a gun”. The wonderful candidate who has blogs from his supporters on his own website demanding that they commit to making sure Obama got the nomination “by any means necessary” and the same supporters who have written numerous blogs and essays about how “violence and rioting will ensue” if Obama is not the next president.

This from the guy that went to Kenya on the taxpayers’ dime to campaign for his cousin Ralia Odinga. You know the guy that lost his first attempt at power and incited race riots, ethnic cleansing and general chaos afterward claiming that the election was “stolen” from him though it was clearly not. The guy who won his second attempt in large part because of those tactics and the fact that he basicly bought the support of radical muslims by promising to install Sharia Law. The cousin who took notes from Obama on how to do this. If you don’t beleive me read up on Odinga. Seriously these Obama supporters have been the nastiest, the rudest, the most hateful and violent I have ever encountered in an election cycle. They will threaten, stalk, hack whatever it takes to suppress any views other than their own. I have heard of more death threats and threats of violence and various reprisals from Obama supporters than should ever be allowed and yet I have not once seen him try to reign them in.

Well , he did say that the families were off limits after his supporters and his official surrogates had already been smearing Sarah Palin and her children for a week or so. It’s easy to speak out after the damage is done.

Suddenly telling the truth is racist and hateful. I had one message from an Obama supporter saying that she did not care one bit about his relationship with Bill Ayers and she wouldn’t care even if he were still doing the despicable things he did back then. It would have absolutely no effect on her decision making!

  Anyone who doesn’t care if the candidate they want to see in the white house has friendships with terrorists really isn’t smart enough to vote. Sorry but there it is.   Seriously does this guy have even one friend or associate that is not either a criminal, a terrorist, a radical hate monger or a far-left nutjob? Not even one normal friend?

How many of us would have this number of anti-American leaning friends? All we hear from camp Obama is how he’s the poor widdle victim of hate and racism and the mean old republicans are trying to kill him! (Sorry for the tweety bird speak I just can’t help it)

Ever notice no matter what happens or who says or does what Obama attacks then claims he is attacked. he is always the “victim” and those of us who love America and democracy are always the “bullies”. Last week, the women of our community headed off to the Drakensberg, a beautiful range of mountains southeast of Pretoria.  We spent four days hiking, horseback riding, braving ropes courses, and just hanging out.  It’s about a 4-hour drive there, and in my car, we passed some of the time by rewriting Christmas songs to make them seasonally appropriate for South African weather.  (Christmas decorations are already appearing in grocery stores here, so it’s not like we were working too far ahead.)

We started with “Let It Snow” (“The weather outside is frightful, but the pool is so delightful…”) and just couldn’t stop.  By the time we’d reached our destination, we had six completed songs.  Titles ranged from the simple “Acacia Tree” to the more ridiculous “Desmond the Hornless Kudu.”  At dinner the first night, we performed the songs for the rest of the group, and I shall now share some of the lyrics here, so you can all join in the fun, too...

But can't understand how people could deal with the disappointment of not getting what you want.

Partisan--from the dictionary-- a firm adherent to a party, faction, cause, or person ; especially :one exhibiting blind, prejudiced, and unreasoning allegiance.  So the "partisan circus" that Sarah Palin keeps talking about really only shows her ignorance.  It would have been partisan had it been all democrats on the Legislative Council.  It was, however, 10 Republicans and 4 Democrats.  This fact removes any chance of calling it partisan, unless you can't do simple math or you chose to see the world from a very scary place - inside Sarah's mind.  It wasn't even 10 Dems and 4 Repubs.  I can't understand how people can listen to her call it a partisan circus with a straight face.  If the Dems had not voted it would still have been 10 to 4 and it would then have been partisan - her party partisan.  Sheesh. 

Next, though I told myself I wouldn't give her any more of my time, I will continue with my disbelief.  Maybe if I get it out I can stop gnashing my teeth.  I am going to need a spa retreat after all this.  Too bad I don't work at AIG.  Anyway, she was found guilty of abuse of power.  GUILTY OF ABUSE OF POWER.  And her reply is that she is glad she was cleared of any legal wrongdoing and unethical activity.  ABUSE OF POWER IS AN UNETHICAL ACTIVITY, you moron!  She feels she did nothing wrong and she is glad that the Council agreed with her.  THEY DIDN'T.  How could anyone- ANYONE-  think she could assist in any way leading this country? 

And then there is the First Dude.  That should be enough said right there.  But no, first dude had Walt Monegan summoned to the Governor's office through Sarah's secretary.  The First Gentleman would like to schedule an appointment with you.  Huh?  WTF?  Then met him in a conference room when Sarah wasn't even there, to discuss firing Trooper Wooten.  Again, louder this time, WTF???  And he sat in on meetings that were closed to the public.  As in only for state employees.  As in I had as much right to be there as he did, which is exactly zero.

She has nothing to apologize for.  Todd did what any Alaskan would do.  She and John McCain are taking the high road.   

I need some Tums.  I need some Advil.  She is a liar.  I need for these crazy people to get out of my life.

This nun is 106 years old and is quite deaf. However she gets information from newspapers.
