On the gardening front, our Bell Pepper plants that did nothing during the summer, and we were about to pull up, and now full of peppers. We grilled and ate the first one last week. It was smaller than the monsters you buy at the store, but it tasted much better.

I've also been back on the longboard -- lots of fun.

Once I got home I got a shower and then headed out to the airport to pick up my second cousin.  His name you ask?  Tullian Tchividjian.  I know, it's a pretty sweet name.  But anyway, he and his two sons flew in for the weekend because he was given tickets to see the Cowboys play tomorrow evening.  They are from Florida but are very big Cowboys fans.  His sons, Gabe and Nate, are crazy into Football and know so much about it and some about Basketball.  They're pretty cool.  Oh but we drove around Dallas and showed them where the Cowboys practice and went to dinner in Fort Worth at the Stockyards.  It's been a lot of fun having them here.  Tchividjians are always a blast to have around.

Tad aizbraucām līdz Birzes ielai, tur arī svaigs asfalts uzliets. Nemaz ceļu nepārbaudam, mašinu noparko pie Essītes, un laižam lejā. Līdz pirmajam krustojumam tāds nieks vien bija, bet tālāk sākās jautrība. Tik ātri es vēl nebiju ripojis. Nebūtu man sub-50mm ratiņi un random gultnīši, ripotu vēl ātrāk. Sajūta bija vienkārši fantastiska. Nobraucām arī otrreiz. Ja tu skeito, un sanāk gadīties būt Cēsīs, iesaku aizbraukt uz Birzes ielu, bet ja tavs otrais vārds ir "I Bomb Hillz", tad tev nebūs tur ko darīt.

Paldies Sabulim un Cīrulīši Connection (Toms un Arturo) par kompāniju, laikam šī bija pēdējā skeitojamā diena šajā sezonā. Protams, gan jau, ka varēs skeitot vēl, bet tad tikai pufaikās un dūraiņos.

the sneakers which are designed by Frenel feature a gray and black upper. The front toe box is comprised of ostrich leather and the shoe is highlighted throughout with 3M accents. The shoe also features lace locks, a clear sole, Doom embroidery on the lace flap and Doom artwork on the insole

I post this to bring light to a talented person, and post a link to a photo of him (and a great photo at that). Vans Skate has posted a page for him, which is greatly appreciated and heatfelt.
